Nora Nora Really nice place. Went in for an emergency tooth removal and they explained everything to me and honestly they have the best prices I seen around the whole city. Very kind people. As someone who nervous of denist they made me feel good. Got xrays and the tooth removed all under and hour the same day.

Crown Queen The service was very, very unpleasant, and painful. The dental hygienist Ms. Sandra was really rough with the entire procedure. She numb my gums with local anesthesia but it didnt help with the pain at all. She inserted the needle into the root of my gums which caused severe pain. I was shaking, sweating, and very uncomfortable while she talked bad about the condition of my teeth throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Connell was nice but very harsh with abstracting my tooth. I will never return nor will I recommend this dental office.

Julia Bishop This is an amazing dental office. They are extremely caring, compassionate, and considerate. They were able to fit me in immediately and were extremely punctual with barely any wait for my appointment after arriving. I appreciate Dr. Connell and his team soooo much!

Brooke Mazac SUCH a good experience. I went for my first teeth cleaning in 2 years, and was super nervous because I knew they werent in good shape. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and my hygienist was incredibly gentle and made sure I wasnt in pain. I recommend this place to anyone, and look forward to coming back in 6 months! Alyssa Descalzo Dr. Plummer is a lifesaver. I called and left a message asking for any availability to help my boyfriend, who had a filling fall out. We were sailing out on a cruise the next day! Dr. Plummer called back and we got an appointment that same day. Truly wonderful service and my boyfriend is happy with the work done. We got a special gift from Dr. Plummer as well and couldnt be more happy with the work done.

TOMMY HILFIGER I read some bad reviews about this dentist but it didn’t stop me because I wanted to know the dentist for myself I had a 10:00 appointment he made it there around 10:15 he did apologize for the delay. He was very nice and professional he treated me with the upmost respect the wait time is long but I was ok with it due to it being same day service I will not complain I would highly recommend but if you don’t have the time this place is not for you but it was well worth the wait

Bountiful Blessings My appointment was 10 am. I got my mold done at 11 am and was told to eat, but I did not get them put in at 2pm something !! long time wheew, but it was expected for a one-day thing. 300 per full gold

Shelby Livengood Best dental care I’ve ever received! Dr. Fortenberry treats her patients as individuals with proper care and kindness. Unlike franchised dentistry that is all too eager to perform more work than necessary to turn a profit, she took her time to discuss her assessment and we were able to painlessly fix issues from previous dental care. Additionally, the office is efficiently run and extremely communicative. Highly recommend this practice!

Linda Fasola I had my first appointment with Dr. Fortenberry and that was the most incredible dental experience I’ve ever had! I’ve had really bad luck with dentists and have always had very uncooperative teeth. I’ve had so much work done previously from prior dentist that always went horribly wrong. I found crown dental spa on google and they were a couple blocks away from my work. I was able to come in same day, and from the beginning, the entire staff was just the most kindest and welcoming. Dr. Fortenberry was very precise and informative with everything I needed to have done and came up with a plan to help restore my teeth. She was able to extract 2 teeth, one which was a wisdom tooth, a back filling and 3 fillings on the front teeth and restore them since they were chipped and brittle all in one day. I’m speechless how beautiful my smile is so far. And let me mention, absolutely painless! it was a little sore after the numbing wore off but no pain whatsoever the entire time. They’re amazing!! I’m going to share an image after she worked on one of my front teeth, before she did the other one to show a comparison, and then another photo after they were both done. My smile has never felt so beautiful!

Jamie Serigny Dr. Guerin was my dentist when I was a child, way back when he was on the westbank. Hed still be my dentist if I lived in the area. He was always so gentle and caring. Because of him and his staff I was never afraid to go to the dentist I remember when my mother used to take me and my sibling and wed have the same appointment times and Id volunteer to go into the other room/chair alone so she could be with my brother to comfort him because I always felt safe with Dr. Guerin and his staff. Im 37 now (havent been to Dr. Guerin in probably 20 years) and I just wanted to write this review to say thank you for setting me up with a good view of the dentist (a lot of my peers do not have the same feelings about dentists that I have. Theyve got horror stories!)I sum it up to having an amazing childhood dentist. And yes, I did have plenty of work done by Dr. Guerin. All of my fillings have held up great! So to you and your staff from back in the 90s THANK YOU GUYS!!!

The doctors and staffs are very knowledgeable and friendly in making sure you are getting the best care and proper treatments during your appointment. Also, the environment is very clean and plenty of on-site parking.

Adara Labeaud Do not bother with this dental office. They called me to confirm my appointment for today per their voicemail they left on my phone. When I called back 2 minutes later to say I was coming, they told me they had water pressure issues. It took me four months to get a teeth cleaning appointment, and last time, they closed the office without notifying me, causing me to take a day off work unnecessarily. Do not bother with this dental office. This office is completely unprofessional, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking serious dental work.

Sundairose Worst dentist ever. First visit just for an X-ray. Told me I had one cavity on the same day but didn’t fill it. Had to come back to get it filled 3 weeks later. Then they told me to come back to get my teeth cleaned in 2 weeks for $28 when my insurance covers all of it and They only have one dentist. This was a year ago. My teeth still hurt.
