5 /5 Shelby Livengood: Best dental care I’ve ever received! Dr. Fortenberry treats her patients as individuals with proper care and kindness. Unlike franchised dentistry that is all too eager to perform more work than necessary to turn a profit, she took her time to discuss her assessment and we were able to painlessly fix issues from previous dental care. Additionally, the office is efficiently run and extremely communicative. Highly recommend this practice!

5 /5 Linda Fasola: I had my first appointment with Dr. Fortenberry and that was the most incredible dental experience I’ve ever had! I’ve had really bad luck with dentists and have always had very uncooperative teeth. I’ve had so much work done previously from prior dentist that always went horribly wrong. I found crown dental spa on google and they were a couple blocks away from my work. I was able to come in same day, and from the beginning, the entire staff was just the most kindest and welcoming. Dr. Fortenberry was very precise and informative with everything I needed to have done and came up with a plan to help restore my teeth. She was able to extract 2 teeth, one which was a wisdom tooth, a back filling and 3 fillings on the front teeth and restore them since they were chipped and brittle all in one day. I’m speechless how beautiful my smile is so far. And let me mention, absolutely painless! it was a little sore after the numbing wore off but no pain whatsoever the entire time. They’re amazing!! I’m going to share an image after she worked on one of my front teeth, before she did the other one to show a comparison, and then another photo after they were both done. My smile has never felt so beautiful!

Recently, her daughter, Dr. Fortenberry, joined the practice, and together they form a fantastic mother-daughter duo. It’s inspiring to see them work side by side, bringing fresh energy to the practice while maintaining the same high level of care. A special mention also goes to their office manager, Kellye, who is truly outstanding. She keeps everything running smoothly, is always so kind and helpful, and makes scheduling and other logistics a breeze. The office is very peaceful and calming, making even the most nervous patients feel at ease. I highly recommend Crown Dental Spa to anyone seeking a dentist who genuinely cares about your comfort and dental health.
