Angela Carter Like most doctors offices be prepared to wait at least 30-45 mins even with an appointment. The staff is nice and its reliable care. They now have a pharmacy on site but Ive never used it.

Star Exp I have not been there in 6 months or most other places thats it shows Ive been good really needs to get it together in the location in maps. Has me driving all over the state when I havent left my house. Or either need to do something about keeping others out accounts . Definitely a problem here.

Jenitre Moore This hospital is inadequate in their services, communication, and skills. There need to be new management from the top down quickly!!!!. I had a family member recently passed at this hospital and the doctor nor nurses had the decency to communicate the passing of my father to my family. The so called ER doctor did not show his face and the nurses there did not have the decency to even say we are sorry for your lost. There need to be some serious empathy training. I know this could NOT be considered a critical access hospital with the lack of skill set and personnel. The ER doctor is a family physician and not ER or Tramua certified. I can only imagine if he had to place an airway or put in a central line. This place have sent many people home that seek their services, told them they were okay, and unfortunately died the next day or days after. You can look all of his information on the louisiana board of medicine. The hospital should not be employing someone who cannot take care of people in an emergency. The people of Winn parish need and deserve better care from someone who cares and have the skills to do so. Not for just they paycheck.

Daniel Kerr The doctor told me I could return to work with a fracture in my ankle. I Google if I should walk with a fracture the next day and it stated the fracture can worsen and require more intensive treatment. Put me in a boot and told me I could take it off whenever I felt like when I asked him. I do not recommend this hospital or the doctor to anyone with serious injuries.

Melissa Purvis I was here for abdominal bloating and pain. They found out what was wrong within an hour or so and admitted me. The ER & my regular doctor and nurses I had were really sweet. There was one doctor(on my floor) that was rude, but I dont remember his name. But overall I had a good stay other than the pain and bloating, which finally went away months later. ( With medicine, of course.) They kept the place really clean.

Jennifer Jones I received treatment here today and this place was awesome. I am petrified of a dentist,like my anxiety goes out the roof so bad I was crying . I can’t remember the assistant name but she was awesome and so sweet and comforting. Then the dentist was even awesome. I will continue going here for my treatments . Thank y’all for the empathy and going beyond y’all’s duty to help people with horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist.I can now get done what I have put off for years .

Stephanie Crow I had 2 tooth extractions a couple of weeks ago. I thought I was in for a world of hurt because my teeth have broken so far down almost below the gum line. The hygienist was awesome and so sweet. If I could remember her name Id let her know she was a 10 outa 10. Dr. Rustom is so nice and he works quickly and efficiently and literally had the 2 teeth out in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend them 100%

Liane Goyette I have very bad anxiety when it comes to dentist and dental work. This is the best place, first time in my life there was no pain. Dr. Rustom can give a shot and is skilled with it not hurting. Im actually looking forward to going back and getting a beautiful smile. Ive already recommended them

Shane Morrison My wife went in and wanted an extraction we did not want to save tooth he did not listen at all and filled the tooth putting my wife in horrible pain we are had to get another dentist to pull tooth stay away from this dentist. update this dentist come to find out actually filled the wrong tooth run from him

Crystal Spears I have a movement disorder akin to Parkinsons which the office was first and foremost made more than aware of. During a root canal with Dr. Cole, I began to shake uncontrollably and without any explanation suddenly the root canal was over. I was rushed from the office only to find out that he was not near done and that he wanted more money to finish after a $500 deposit.

Mark walsworth I Love Dr. Cole and staff. I told him that I had bad anxiety, and he was very friendly, and GENTLE! I thought I was going to lose a molar, and he was able to save it. Great Dentist and Staff! A+++.

Jennifer Brazzell In 1979-1980, when I was only 13, my Mom took me to this office. I didnt have a clue as to what horrors awaited me. When it seemed as if my tooth and gums would not numb, this person became extremely agitated and, as the afternoon progressed, when this professional dentist attempted a second and third time. to no avail, my disruption irritated this person to an evil level because he couldnt enjoy his lunch and his soap operas. He grabbed my face in one hand, pressing his fingers against my jaw, screamed and yelled obscenities at me and threatened me that if I didnt cooperate, Id suffer the consequences. He didnt lie. The tooth was not numb. And he proceeded to slap me in the face SEVERAL times before the nurse sent me out to my mother in inconsolable tears. This man, this dentist does not deserve the paper on the wall!
