lionel j guillot jr This morning I called La Dental to schedule an appointment for a cleaning and to fix the chip on my front tooth. I needed a Saturday appointment, Instead the receptionist told Me that I could come in as a walk in. They fixed my front tooth and also repaired another tooth that looked bad when I smiled. It was the best Dentist visit I’ve ever had and I’m 68 years old. I would recommend La Dental to anyone. That was the best care I’ve had in a long time. Thanks Ladies

Cerissa Harris A paying customer is currently stuck outside waiting on they break to end. He arrived to his appointment early, got there about 30-40 mins early. The receptionist told him she cant let him in because they are on an lunch break. Hes disabled (double amputee). He does have his prosthetics on but cant stand for long periods of time. His options are to try and sit on the ground until they open back up or leave. If he take the second option he will be charged a cancellation fee. Randomly walking around until ill they break is over is putting unnecessary pressure on him and becomes quite painful. Im trying to figure out how this is okay. Yes he arrived early for his appointment but he is also a paying customer. Why he cant sit in the waiting area until they finish? Hes not a threat & hes disabled. Im just not understanding why they think this is okay. This is NOT okay.

B Melissa “LissLu” Staff was very pleasant. I did not wait more than 10 minutes and arrived 20 minutes early. Received a comprehensive exam and Dr. Pham gave detailed feedback. The frame selection was not as large as I have seen at other offices but care received made a huge difference. Will definetely visit again and refer friends and family!

mariah malicote Everyone that worked there was super courteous, and helpful especially with me being a first time mom trying to figure out a feeding schedule and all. They let me take my time with my baby getting him undressed to do weight and measuring him. As well as patient with me having to feed him during the appointment and allowing me the time to finish feeding him in the room. The staff was very kind patient and knowledgeable. I felt heard, understood and content overall with my experience. 10/10

Nola Starr Being deathly afraid of the dentist and everything associated with dentistry, I never in a million years would’ve thought that there would ever be a day when I was looking forward to a visit. That day is today! Dr. Courtney has worked on my mouth numerous times & with each visit my comfort level rises. In the past, just thinking of a visit would initiate a panic attack of sorts. Now I can plan a visit calmly and actually look forward to the visits. Dr. Courtney and her understanding & gentle nature has turned this big baby into an ideal patient. Now the only time I’ll shed a tear is from pain and not from being a nervous wreck. Don’t get me wrong, I still have my issues, but thanks to Dr. Courtney and her supporting staff, I can take care of my dental issues accordingly! Rather than putting up with pain and skipping the visits altogether, I now make appointments whenever necessary! I can never thank the wonderful staff enough!

Stephen Bauer I just got left a dentist at LA dental center Who from day one didn’t listen to what I said I wanted from their office, but decided to put me through the paces of fixing my whole mouth. Everything that’s wrong with it. Nothing was hurting me. I wasn’t complaining about anything but one specific issue that turned into this man, pulling the wrong teeth, causing me to lose Because he didn’t listen to the patient he did what he wanted to do I need to find a dentist Who will listen to what I’m there to get done and concentrate on that alone. That was the instructions I gave to Courtney From day, one And still, she decided to force me Go through procedures and unnecessary charges that I didn’t ask for what is with you, Dentist and do whatever y’all want to do and then charging people before services around this is why you shouldn’t charge people first because you don’t listen to what the patient needs. You wanna do something else and arbitrarily charging people I shouldn’t have to pay one red cent but now I gotta pay for x-rays that I don’t need x-rays. I already had. This was excessive and arbitrary charges that she had to get from me because it was Medicaid. Zero stars for you because you didn’t listen to the patient request you had A 1 track mind. I’m not paying for any of that. I’m stopping the charges on care credit. You don’t deserve to get paid for anything because you costed me more time than I told you I was up against and you ignored my request to move on only what I wanted to do and continued on your of what you wanted to do on my nickel and you can’t do that I mean, who do you think you are to charge me for unnecessary services when I told you I didn’t want it. Why would you think I would pay for x-rays? You didn’t need x-rays I told you I had everything, but you went out to the insurance company to build them unnecessarily If that’s not bad enough, I told you I had to pay for this out of my pocket Everything the insurance company is not going to handle which would be thousands of dollars and you blew that sale For you deciding what’s best for me And my checking account. You tried to force me to pay you for services I never asked for In my opinion, you know different than LA dental center. I just didn’t give you a chance to do any more damage. This is extremely alarming to just ignore a patient and turn him into a victim. Re-victimizing me that’s two dead in a row that tried to scam me. All I asked for was an impression to put a few teeth in my mouth. I’m taking photographs of my bite and my smile this morning. I don’t know what happened. I don’t know what I walked into, but it was extremely uncomfortable. It was extremely humiliating. And I’m expecting a full refund if any of the payment went through. You’re a bad person, Courtney you’re greedy and you do not have the patient’s best interest in mind. It’s your best interest is what you have in mind because after I stop you the first day this should’ve never happened so you didn’t listen to anything I had to say you did what you wanted to do that’s gonna cost you this review for wasting my time.

Chrissy Bradley My husband went in to have a crown fixed. He was told they could not do anything for his temporary relief but to schedule an appointment to get a crown replaced in a month or so. Was charged $150 to just be told to schedule another appointment!!!!
