1 /5 Cerissa Harris: A paying customer is currently stuck outside waiting on they break to end. He arrived to his appointment early, got there about 30-40 mins early. The receptionist told him she cant let him in because they are on an lunch break. Hes disabled (double amputee). He does have his prosthetics on but cant stand for long periods of time. His options are to try and sit on the ground until they open back up or leave. If he take the second option he will be charged a cancellation fee. Randomly walking around until ill they break is over is putting unnecessary pressure on him and becomes quite painful. Im trying to figure out how this is okay. Yes he arrived early for his appointment but he is also a paying customer. Why he cant sit in the waiting area until they finish? Hes not a threat & hes disabled. Im just not understanding why they think this is okay. This is NOT okay.
