P C Awesome dentist with Awesome nurses!! The service is fantastic. First, they are super honest about my teeth. Dr Troy even told me if any dentist say I need a lot of works, I should go to another one. Second, theyre very patient for all my questions. Third, both my boys(3&6) have no issues no tears no fuss when the nurse checked their teeth. Theyre happy to walk in and leave with bigger smile! Highly recommended!!!

Stephanie Toney I had been going to him for years. He made me a partial. It took 4 months to get the partial back. After l received the partial it didnt fit correctly, it had my mouth in pain. On top of that , l prepaid for my partial. They told me 4 months later that l owe $400 plus more because they didnt call the insurance company to check to see how much l would have to pay, they figured out the amount on their own. This was their mistake not mine, l paid the amount l was told. But he wanted me to pay more for a partial that he adjusted 3 times and still didnt work..... l return the partial and they sent me a bill.... l cant use it

Tammy Brown I do NOT and I mean do NOT recommend him to anyone!!! He worked on my mouth for TWO YEARS!! I wanted crowns and what did I get light bulbs in the front of my mouth because that’s what they looked like!!! I told him I didn’t like them, he told me he would refund my money..I left out of the room and went to the receptionist she then told me she would put it in the mail!! waiting waiting no check I reached out again I was told by the receptionist that wasn’t getting a refund because it wasn’t anything wrong with my teeth and that i walked out with his crowns in my mouth….I asked to speak with him ,he was busy so I left my number..still waiting and not to mention he owes me a crown because one of them he couldn’t get it to fit and had to send it back for some work!!! Dnt do it !!!

It’s very important to me that when I call to make an appointment and I get great customer service from the first impression. When I called I got just that from the person that scheduled me. I made it to my appointment and the office radiated of smiles and made me feel so welcomed. Especially Britney. She was such a joy and talked to me like she had known me forever, very down to earth and so precious. Dr Stephen came in the room with smiles as well. He was awesome. He was ready to tackle a problem my other dentist sent me to a specialist for. The girls at checkout were amazing as well. I highly recommend this dental office.

Lauren Roark Dr. Hilburn and his staff were very kind and took their time during my appointment today. I didn’t feel that they rushed to get me out quickly. Dr. Hilburn was very knowledgeable and communicated well with me about a game plan for my (not routine) dental care. It’s also a plus that he does dentistry AND orthodontics so that I wont have to go between his office and another to get complete care for the issues I need addressed. Overall, my first visit with them was great and I felt very comfortable. I am sure that I will be receiving the best care with them.

Artemis I have known Dr. Hilburn since I was a young child so when I needed to find a new dentist, I decided to give him a shot and I am so glad I did. Very courteous staff who explain everything to you, very nice office, have great selections of music playing throughout the building and also send text updates which I appreciate since I cant always answer my phone. And now they have Dr Jordan in the office helping and she is super nice and wants to get to know each person she sees. If you need a dentist, whether a first time or trying out a new office, give these awesome dentists a try. You wont regret it

Daniel Carter Good friend of mine put me on to Todd Hilburn. Had 2 teeth pulled and cleaning I have to say it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a Dentist. Walk in the receptionist is super nice and very helpful was called back very fast. The lady who cleaned my teeth and did x-rays was extremely nice and professional you see everything they are doing on screen x-rays good bad teeth marked and plan of action. Todd comes in to review and go over every single detail no matter how small and what he says happened no surprises. Thank you and I have found a place I most defiantly can call home

Marainna Wood Dr Hooten and his staff are amazing !!!!♡♡♡♡ Been working on my dentures and took his time and several times resetting to try his best to keep me from having bone removal. I didnt have to pay out of pocket one visit until I got my finished dentures today. 1st time since 2006 from my accident I was able to eat with dentures and not make me sick from eating or drinking and no food under them. I would recommend them HIGHLY ....... before droopy bulldog.... now beautiful smile

Karen McCourt I love Dr. Hooten and his staff. Getting a dental checkup isnt something most people look forward to but the staff is so friendly that I really enjoy going there. Dr. Hooten has shown concern for my individual dental needs and my dental hygienist is gentle and makes sure I’m happy and comfortable. I would recommend this group to anyone who wants a caring, professional and incredibly friendly dental experience.

Dale Willis Me and my wife went to this Dentist for a cleaning. Before we made an appointment we verified with this office that they was a part of Humana Advantage health care network which is where we had our coverage and was assured yes. When we arrived for our appointment I again verified with the office that my insurance was accepted to cover my charges and was assured that it was. After our service we received a bill for the full amount of the cleanings and then told that they are not part of the Humana network. I feel very much that I was decieved and actually lied to about my financial responsibility. I would not recommend this Dentist to anyone. If you can’t treat your patience’s honestly then you don’t deserve their business

Christopher Gilley Dr Casio and his staff are always pleasant every time I come in for a cleaning or a filling! I’ve had emergencies and have got in the same day. There has been some issues with my teeth due to medicine taken, plus my ability to afford it at times, but they have given the best suggestions for my situation. People are still complimenting me on the shine from my teeth after the great work he’s done on them. This is the dentist that will go beyond normal practice and go the extra mile for your benefit, because I’ve seen it several times on myself and others. All the money in the world and I would continue to see Dr Casio and his staff. Thank you.

Cassandra Henry This is the worst place for getting dental work done. Went to them on June 26th. Tried to call no answer. Went to their office they finally called for an appt Sept 26th 3 months later.

Beauty licious Bad experience with cosmetic procedures by Dr. Grant Glover DDS located on Royal Street in Monroe, La. Had been a long time since I had any dental work done by Dr. Glover. I had a total of 6 new crowns replaced which Im totally satisfied reasonable charges on Cigna discount plan. No problems with those. Cant say that for my niece who trusted him with six of her front teeth has suffered tremendous pain and infection. My real complaint is the treatment and hidden costs of the dermal fillers. Botox for crows feet and forehead cost was total of $600.00 plus $700 per cc of Juvederm for the lips was $1400 for 2 CCs which he told me when I asked how much? He said and I quote No charge for lower whitening tray (partial) I had to ask for itemized bills and $300 was charged for tray I asked for refund he refuses so that proves he lied to me. And his cost for 2 cc of Juvederm is not $1400.00. That was a lie also. Also My lips were numbed and right after that Dr. Glover and his two employees went to lunch and let me in the chair alone with a blanket and after about 2 hrs They came in laughing because I believe they had forgotten about me no apologies were made he numbed my lips again to do the fillers. I laid in the chair for approx 8 hrs or more had no lunch or anything to drink till closing time. I learned a valuable lesson dont trust no one get the costs in writing before any procedures. I trusted Dr. Glover but never again. So my advice is to do ur research before making an appointment. Go to a plastic surgeompn for cosmetic procedures will save u money and a lot of pain.

Jessica brown WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Wish there was a negative 5 star option... they communicate is awful, and they dont return any phone calls or messages. I went there for some cosmetic work (permanent crowns) and have not been able to bite down on anything, and Im highly pissed off about it. Ive been trying to get in touch with glover and April since they installed them, and they are too busy to even talk to me or anything. Even their office worker misty talks about how bad they are!!!!..so please save your money or insurance money and go somewhere else

Terry Gwin Having heard horror stories about root canal procedure, I expected a lot of pain and agony. Dr. Rutz and staff amazed me, I experienced no discomfort during the procedure and little to no pain the following day. The staff were wonderful, and they always called and checked up on me the following day.

Hope Ford After a midnight ER visit due to jaw pain & high BP, went to this office to have the jaw examined. Threw up apple juice in the parking lot in front of one the nurses. Her major concern was that I was okay. Once inside, Dr. Roberson too my BP before proceeding. Its one thing to be on the end of great medical care. Its an added blessed bonus when it comes from truly concerned individuals who only to see you healed, whole, & well. This staff were amazing and I recommend them to everyone.

Jamie Vandenkooy This place has made 4 dentures and has screwed up each one. With over a week turn around on their product I have not been able to eat in over a month. I dont know who they hired but they are not professional and do not know how to make a denture. I wish I could give 0 stars. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I just called to try to get an update and they were extremely rude and hung up on me. Even my dentist has become frustrated with them.
