1 /5 Cassandra Henry: This is the worst place for getting dental work done. Went to them on June 26th. Tried to call no answer. Went to their office they finally called for an appt Sept 26th 3 months later.

3 /5 Beauty licious: Bad experience with cosmetic procedures by Dr. Grant Glover DDS located on Royal Street in Monroe, La. Had been a long time since I had any dental work done by Dr. Glover. I had a total of 6 new crowns replaced which Im totally satisfied reasonable charges on Cigna discount plan. No problems with those. Cant say that for my niece who trusted him with six of her front teeth has suffered tremendous pain and infection. My real complaint is the treatment and hidden costs of the dermal fillers. Botox for crows feet and forehead cost was total of $600.00 plus $700 per cc of Juvederm for the lips was $1400 for 2 CCs which he told me when I asked how much? He said and I quote No charge for lower whitening tray (partial) I had to ask for itemized bills and $300 was charged for tray I asked for refund he refuses so that proves he lied to me. And his cost for 2 cc of Juvederm is not $1400.00. That was a lie also. Also My lips were numbed and right after that Dr. Glover and his two employees went to lunch and let me in the chair alone with a blanket and after about 2 hrs They came in laughing because I believe they had forgotten about me no apologies were made he numbed my lips again to do the fillers. I laid in the chair for approx 8 hrs or more had no lunch or anything to drink till closing time. I learned a valuable lesson dont trust no one get the costs in writing before any procedures. I trusted Dr. Glover but never again. So my advice is to do ur research before making an appointment. Go to a plastic surgeompn for cosmetic procedures will save u money and a lot of pain.

1 /5 Jessica brown: WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Wish there was a negative 5 star option... they communicate is awful, and they dont return any phone calls or messages. I went there for some cosmetic work (permanent crowns) and have not been able to bite down on anything, and Im highly pissed off about it. Ive been trying to get in touch with glover and April since they installed them, and they are too busy to even talk to me or anything. Even their office worker misty talks about how bad they are!!!!..so please save your money or insurance money and go somewhere else

5 /5 Denise K: Dr Glover & April are caring and understanding to your needs both physically and emotionally! No need for fear or shame with them! This has been the most pleasant experience with a Dental Office in 32 years and I’ve been through a few creating a major phobia! They actually care and understand and did everything to make me comfortable and my temporary teeth look great! April took the time to write up a fully detailed plan for the correction of my dental issues and they didn’t try and give me something that ultimately would be more expensive and would not have been best for my mouth in the long run! Dr Glover communicated everything that was going on and made the experience a lot less nerve wracking while he was working on my mouth the entire day! I have finally found my Dental Family!
