D B The gentleman that cut my sons hair did a great job and was very knowledgeable but when I went to schedule another appointment with him he didnt bother to tell me he was not working in the shop because he had to have knee surgery. I think it was extremely poor customer service not to notify me that he was not going to be available rather than having me and my son show up to see him after I scheduled the appointment on his webpage and after I sent him a text to confirm the appointment (he never responded). Some people are just not meant to be in business. Customer service is everything!!!!!!

She gave an honest opinion when i asked for help with my indescision of how I should proceed for a style and color suitable for a newly beginning job as a sales associate in a high end jewelry store.not only was she knowledgeable about current styles, techniques, and colors, her application of the craft was impeccable. She was personable and conversational without being a chatty Cathy annoyance. She is a lovely lady who seems to be living her life in a way that a successful, well raised, smart, young, respected, professional, woman should. Her prices were fair & even somewhat lower than current rates of similiar establishments in the same area. I did not feel as though Id overpaid for something I did not ask for or even hint at wanting( I have so many times in the past left a hairdressers salon only to go straight home and fix it the way I wanted myself). This woman is truly a master at her craft and knows whats shes doing! The location of her salon could not be more ideallyic nor more suited for a perfectly picturesque mom&daughters day of spoiling fun and relaxation

Truthful Reviews Each experience is different with everyone. With that being said, my experience wasn’t the best. You always want to make sure you are going to somebody that is healed. Being passive aggressive to customers is not that. Not only that, but upon taking my hair out, several of my hair follicules were pulled out with the style - the style that I then realized was not put in appropriately/correctly.

Alicia Bradley Let’s start by saying Mila is the best! From personality to conversation to knowledge of her craft she is absolutely amazing. She was doing a holiday giveaway and I won a complementary color service. The luxury silk press was my style of choice. We completed a virtual color consultation where Mila examined my hair, listened to the idea of what I wanted for my color service, and asked lots of clarifying questions to make sure she was understanding my vision. She is very thorough and explains each part of your service as she goes through the different processes. She was very eager to answer any questions I had and educate me on post service care to aid in maintaining the health of my hair. We did a total transformation: color, cut, and press! I am extremely pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Mila for all of your hair care needs.

Monica Moore Regina is a polite and skilled hairstylist. She provides consistent services every time and the prices are also reasonable. Absolutely incredible salon! Was in and out within an hour to get a silk press. You will not be disappointed with RNB Beauty Salon.

Terrie J These hard working ladies do an amazing job. If you still favor good old school hair care Ms. Dorothy and Ms. Pat will accommodate you. Ms. Dorothys clean hair washing technique is like an added scalp massage. Ms Pats relaxers are as silky as the expensive silk press. Also, they both do an excellent job with the hot comb press and style. The greatest negative about the salon is, the owners do not appreciate these ladies enough to do some needed repairs and updates to the building.
