5 /5 Stephanie P: OK, so it didnt turn out the color I thought I wanted. It turned out better! It really looks natural and I LOVE it. Chloe did an amazing job! The more I look at it, the more I am really pleased with how it came out. Clearly she knows what is best and has a good eye. It is close to what I thought I wanted but much softer. She did tell me it would take 2 sessions to get where I wanted but now that I see what she did I dont think I need a 2nd session. Ill just go back for touch ups as needed. I am transitioning to gray with brown hair and red undertones. Absolutely fantastic!

D B: The gentleman that cut my sons hair did a great job and was very knowledgeable but when I went to schedule another appointment with him he didnt bother to tell me he was not working in the shop because he had to have knee surgery. I think it was extremely poor customer service not to notify me that he was not going to be available rather than having me and my son show up to see him after I scheduled the appointment on his webpage and after I sent him a text to confirm the appointment (he never responded). Some people are just not meant to be in business. Customer service is everything!!!!!!
