DeQuacha Mayweather I came one day they had me sitting there for 15 minutes and says pick a color and I do that right..15 more minutes goes by and they say we still have two people ahead of you well why make me pick a color?? So I leave and decide to come at a later date I do just that and I still had to wait 30 minutes before getting service and I get home and actually take a good look at my toes I paid $52 for and my toes are half ass painted on one foot…I definitely will not be back

Purple74! Mz. “Shell” We had an unexpected trip to shreveport, so hubby and I decided on pedicures to kill some time. The staff at Daisys Nail Spa was able to fit us right in. They are professional and kind and patient. Come here if you are looking for a nail spa.

Christina Robinson Do not waste your time find somewhere else to go. Yes, their prices are good, but the quality is not. I got my nails done on Monday and by Thursday the polish is already coming off in the nails do not look like they were done by professional. I got my toes done as well And I had to go back and get them fixed the very next day and they’re still not right.

Isabelle Weaver Spent almost 120$ (106$ plus tip, mani+pedi) for nails that have bubbles and cracks in every single one. The acrylic is raised too high and the nails are all different shapes. Very disappointed.

Makiah Ashley Went in for a refill on acrylic nails. Was told that they were not acrylic and that it was dipping powder. I KNEW it wasn’t dipping powder because i do not get dip and this shop was the shop who had done my nails. The tech went on and soaked the nails off before really getting a understanding of what i wanted. I then just asked for a regular overlay. You can tell the previous nails were not soaked off properly because you can see spots on my nails. Tried to explain this left over acrylic and was told “your nail is just thick” and she proceeded to apply. I was satisfied the first visit second was a nightmare. NEVER AGAIN would give 0 if i could

Floyd Hawkins The nail techs have very nasty attitudes. Not a very good job on my wifes manicure. Very sloppy rush job. It was my first pedicure and my tech did an ok job, just not very nice. ATTITUDES ALL AROUND. First and last time going here. Customer Service needs Work.

Patrice Campbell I love Expo Nails! I have been coming here for years( probably as long as they’ve been open.) I have gotten manicures, pedicures, full set gel nails, and cluster lashes. The staff here is super nice, and the owner always remembers me and what I usually get. I never have to wait when I come in. I typically go right to the pedicure chair or the manicure station. It is never loud at this salon. I never have to worry about loud music or loud talking. I have a busy schedule, so when I come here I get to relax and take a break away from my busy schedule. I will recommend Expo Nails to everyone (male or female) for their salon needs. Expo Nails is my spot!

Hner Zibari My wife went to get her nails done yesterday and had a horrible experience. The front desk lady (the same person well get to later) gave her weird looks as soon as she walked in and was very unfriendly. My wife wanted almond-shaped nails but her nail tech gave her square-cut nails instead saying her nails were too short for almond. They were very long but looks like the nail tech wanted to do square since theyre much easier to do and require less effort. The same front desk lady said something to her in their language speaking about my wife. Her nail tech cut her nails too short and didnt do the best job. She also cut her on three fingers and instead of apologizing told my wife "Youre too tense, thats why I cut you, you need to relax your hand". My wife also had a gift card to redeem that was issued 4 years ago. Three days prior to her appointment, my wife went into the nail salon to make sure she could use her gift card for Monday to make sure there wouldnt be any issues. The male employee and a young female employee were really nice and told her its not a problem at all, gift cards dont expire. So when my wife went to check out the same unfriendly front desk lady tried to cause her issues and repeatedly said "You cant use that its old its too old" and was rude. My wife explained to her that she came in days ago and the male colleague sitting over there told her it wouldnt be a problem. The lady kept repeating herself regardless. My wife was disappointed because all of the employees in the store were making jokes and laughing at her. No one stepped in to tell their rude coworker to stop. They kept saying "Oh shes young" as if to say my wife was giving attitude. Even the male employee she saw days ago didnt step in. In the end, my wife stood up for herself and used her gift card. She told them she would never be coming back. Not only did they do an awful job, but no one stepped in to tell their co-worker to not treat their customer like that. They gossip about their customers the whole time. Its such an uncomfortable environment to be in. The total service cost $70 ($35 manicure + $35 pedicure). My wife said this is the worst French manicure shes ever gotten. Unless youre a regular customer, you wont get decent service here or be treated in a friendly way. They keep reporting low star reviews! It is my third time posting this! STOP REPORTING MY REVIEW! I WILL POST IT AGAIN!!!!

sherrie stump This place is phenomenal!!! I got the deluxe Pedicure from Ms Jina . I’ve had many pedicures in my 44 years and not one of them come close to matching the quality of services here. Very clean place, great prices and friendly staff!!! Highly recommend taking some time and pampering yourself!!

Virginia H. They did great job, but I read the post about the cost of the services, so I asked upfront. I was told $60 for a deluxe pedicure and $20 for a basic manicure. I got the bill and it was for $85. I said something and they said it was $65 for the pedicure.

Gabriela Medrano I just moved from California and after driving, moving and settling in I was on a desperate hunt for a nail salon. After going over locations and reading reviews I choose Diva’s. I walk-in and they took me in and choose a pedicure and brow service. I’ve always had trouble with ingrown nails and both Tina and Timothy took their time helping feel comfortable with the extraction. I also got my brows done after 6 weeks and they are so clean and it was painless. Safe to say I will go again.

Chasity Graggs Ive LOVE BeBes Nail...she is so professional and sweet. Not only will you leave out feeling like a celebrity youll also get knowledge about your nails and how to take care of them. I promise youll return after getting them done. My nails are always better then the pictures. She is the best in Shreveport-Bossier hands down and her prices are reasonable. There hasnt been nothing she cant do! She hand designs all her nails and takes her time. Last but not least they last a long time.

Sharhonda Mims Absolutely one of the best nail shop experiences I’ve had! Brandy went above and beyond! She uses top of the line products and is very knowledgeable. She also blessed my daughter by revamping a messed up full set from another salon. She’s the best!!

JOANNA BALL Ive been going here for 10+ years and have a great experience every time. Terry and Tia do great work and are both my favorite people to take care of my nails. They always makes sure its exactly what I want. Tia knows everyone by name and that is part of having great customer service in my opinion. Their staff also does a great job. I bring my 13 year old daughter and their staff takes care of her. She loves it here. I definitely recommend going here for a girls day, mother- daughter time or even some "me time" to get your nails done.

T Black Happy Nails spa is my "Go to" place to get my nails done. The people there are nice and friendly. My personal nail tech is Katie. She is one of the best! She will definitely take care of you and your needs. I never leave there disappointed. 5 stars across the board for Katie.

Elizabeth Bryant Happy Nails is the BEST! I’ve been going there for at least 10 years. Tia & Terry and their friendly staff are very attentive to detail. They use liners for the pedicure basins. My toes and fingers look amazing for being as old as they are. I highly recommend them. My 18 y/o granddaughter also goes there when she is home from college.

Shaneka I had an amazing experience with Van! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Van is incredibly professional, skilled, and attentive to detail. My nails look absolutely perfect—each one was shaped and painted with precision. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and offered great recommendations. I left feeling pampered and so happy with the results. I highly recommend Van to anyone looking for top-notch nail care. I will definitely be returning!

Gina S Very nice nail salon. I came in because I got a terrible polish job at a different place and needed it fixed. I had a pedicure and had my finger nail polish changed. The location is nice and the staff is friendly. I didnt have an appointment, but they were able to accommodate me after a short wait. I was very happy with the work that they did.

Butler Natasha (You12envyme) This place was great. When I arrived for my appointment with Kami I was the only person scheduled at that time. Im so used to being overbooked with others so this was pleasant. I went for a mani/pedi and I enjoyed it so much I cant wait to return. The owners are always nice and welcoming. Kami did an awesome job as always.

carla pouncy The price ok but the work is horrible my gel nails didn’t stay on for 5 days had to come bk to get some replace he wanted to do my whole set ova because I reshaped them.. just can u do the one I ask to redo.. got smart and told me I’m not a nail tech.. or is you.. well u can leave and do your own nails.. I said I asking u to do some and u telling me what best for me I’m not paying for no whole set again and it haven’t been a week.. I just paid for him to take them off and left and I’m never coming bk to his rude ass..

Que Moss This salon is down the street from me. The service that I received whew LORD. The OLD man is sooooo rude and obviously doesn’t know how to do nails. I don’t even feel like going into detail. Please read other reviews, they are not lying. It is cheap compared to other salons but I would rather pay more and get better service! The service we received today was ridiculous. The old man needs Jesus.

Tiffany Prichard The man who works here did my nails and maybe the ladies are better at shaping… but I have NEVER left a nail salon with my nails looking so messy. After numerous times asking him to correct certain things, I decided I would just reshape and fix myself at home. The woman working assisted in shaping one side and that is the side that’s not touching my skin… and when I said something about him fixing it, he told me it was “my nail bed”. I will say they were very kind, other than disregarding my requests. And the salon seems clean.

Emily Price Soli Classy Nails is my go-to spot. I’ve had issues at every other nail salon I’ve been to in Shreveport, but never here. Today, one stylist did fresh acrylic nails and nail paint in 45 MINUTES. And as you can see from the picture, she rocked it. Ignore the reviews about the male stylist who doesn’t do a good job. I’ve only had female stylists here and I’ve never been disappointed. Last time I came, one stylist even asked about my grandmother, who usually comes with me. Can’t recommend enough!

Brittney Dunn I walked into the nail shop they were extremely rude. The two ladies were working on a client each, but I was told that they were “busy.” I could go somewhere else. Keep in mind…I wasn’t greeted or anything. They could hav told me that I could wait until the next availability.

Desiree Truelove I’ve been going to a different nail salon every two weeks, until I find one I just really love. This place might just be the one! This cost me $80. I went in with square tips, and all red. She changed the tip shape, and I got five different colors. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION!! I told her I wanted round tips instead of the square tips I had, but when I showed her the picture of what I wanted she clarified that the picture showed ALMOND shape, not round, and she made sure to know which I wanted before she began. If you hate really thick nails, try this place! My nails feel so natural and absolutely not thick at all! She even filed the underside of my nails, so I can’t even feel a my natural nails underneath. Downside: whatever I asked for, didn’t include the lotion and hand massage that I’ve gotten at other places. So overall while I do give it 5 stars for the quality of service, I feel like it’s a little expensive for me, for a service I plan on getting every two weeks. I’ll continue my quest to find the perfect salon, but this is going on my “might very well be this one” list.

Stormy Savana I’ve gotten acrylics done twice for myself, and have taken a couple friends to get acrylics/pedicures. Everyone does a fantastic job, though I usually see Vee. Everyone is very sweet and the atmosphere is great. It’s one of the more pricey salons I’ve been to, but I think it’s definitely worth the cost. The acrylics are beautiful and very durable; I’m not particularly careful with them, and they usually last me six to eight weeks. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Georgia Marrs I have been seeing Bri for years and she delivers EVERY SINGLE TIME! She takes her time and always makes sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. She has a kind soul, and everyone in the shop treats you like family. Will never visit another nail salon in town.

I scheduled a full set acrylic with Henry and he did a wonderful job on my hands, even my husband was surprised by how well done this was. Henry was meticulous, and paid attention to every small details to make sure the result came out great. I had a very good experience here, definitely will come back.

Crystal Barmes I got a new set here. The woman who did my nails was nice but she filed my nails square, I asked for ballerina so I had to reshape them when I got home. &when filing then I yelled ouch, she laughed it off called me sensitive. Which i am, but she filed my skin down to the flesh &my nails hurt. Its been 24hra after getting them &Ive never regretted getting the done more. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because she was very nice &she did a good job other than shaping my nails the way I asked &taking the skin off my finger it started bleeding today &my nails are ao sensitive now. &i tipped her well. Its hard to find someone whos gentle &wont freaking hurt me but Im over it. Probably never getting my nails done again.
