Madison Fourmaux LOVED this place. So much different than other salons I’ve been to. Everyone talked to me and complimented me, I really felt so happy to be there. Ava was my stylist and she was lovely, made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. She helped me decide the types of layers that would frame my face well. She was also very informative about hair care techniques I could try since I’m not super experienced and I ended up buying some shampoo and conditioner to help my hair health. Overall was a wonderful experience and I’d love to come back.

Megan Lawley Eutopia has such a fun relaxing environment! All of the staff are so friendly and you can tell they all work so well together. The salon is super cute and clean. Hairstylist Mandy was phenomenal! She took her time with me and helped transform me from a natural brunette to a brunette with the prettiest blonde highlights! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Stephanie Louque Mandy did absolutely AMAZING on my hair. She was able to achieve the look I wanted with no damage to my hair. She was so sweet and very kind, she made me feel right at home. It was so cozy in there, very welcoming and the decor was so cute. I absolutely love my hair and would 100% go back to Eutopia.

Beatrice James-Moore I visit BR regularly and needed a stylist/salon in BR. I was referred to Dominique by one of her regular clients whose hair is always stylish and well maintained. I tried Dominique and have been going to her for several years now on my regular visits to BR. I also pay attention to her clients when I visit the salon. All of Dominique’s clients’ hair is stylishly cut and healthy/well maintained. Dominique is an excellent stylist. She is both personable and extremely professional. Despite the fact that I have a stylist in Chicago, I only let Dominique cut my hair. She has also introduced me to several products which have been great for my hair. I highly recommend Dominique.

Madison Potter Domonique has done my hair for the last three years. I get Cezanne treatment and silk press. My hair has grown about 5 inches since I started coming to Domonique. She is the best at teaching me how to manage my natural hair.

CHARLENE LOTTEN Dominique Mosley, at your Jefferson location, has been taking care of my hair since she was in your cosmetology school!! She has been my faithful and awesome “hair lady” for many years. She strives to make every appointment very comfortable and accommodating to your needs — so much so that I have a standing weekly appointment with her! Dominique is extremely knowledgeable on caring for ethnic hair. I have received so many compliments on my hair and how healthy it looks. I like to let Dominique know about these lovely compliments, as I think that she is essentially the foundation of it all!!

Charlotte DesHotels Hollyn is a skilled hairstylist. She listened toy me and gave me the cut I wanted. The salon is very nice and the staff is pleasant and professional. I will be back

Robin Kirby For many many years I have loved the service I’ve received at Salon Eden! I started with Faith Beemer - she had to make a move with her husband to Texas …but she is back! Come see her! Parzow Melissa “Misse” I chopped over 12” off and ended up with an AMAZING and fun short hair style! Stacey listened to what I wanted and understood that I had no fear of going from super long hair to just under my chin. She made suggestions that worked well and gave a very relaxing scalp massage during the shampooing. She even took care of making sure that my extra long hair bundles are donated to make a wig for someone in need! The experience from start to finish was relaxing and wonderful! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They made me feel welcome and that they enjoyed their jobs ensuring the clients had a great experience. I will definitely go back again! I can’t say enough good stuff about the salon overall! Loved it!!

Paulette Washko I cant say enough wonderful things about this place. The services are top notch and the place is so beautiful, clean and welcoming. Elli is THE BEST. Well experienced and educated on recommending the perfect treatment for your skin type. She was patient in answering my many questions and help me understand what I needed. Crystal at the front desk is super helpful and sweet. It is hard to find a medical spa like this that ticks all of the boxes! Highly, highly recommend.

Lyndsea F I’ve done brow lamination by 2 separate facilities in Baton Rouge, to see which one I like better. 1 of the facilities is CoCo Lash and Beauty Bar. Coco was way better than the other place. The first time I got a brow lamination was with Coco Beauty and the 2nd was with another place closer to me and the 2nd time my brow lamination at ended up not looking as good as the they did at Coco. I thought maybe bc my brows are so coarse, that it just didn’t take to my eyebrow hairs. So then I went back to Coco for my 3rd lamination and they looked way better than the 2nd place I went to. That tells me that it the person that didn’t do as good of a job as COCO Beauty did. I will go to Korie from now on for all my brow laminations and lash lifts at CoCO. She does an awesome job!

Rachael Young Bella is my girl!! Hands down the BEST lash tech in Baton Rouge! I go every two weeks for my lashes and can’t complain. I don’t know what I’d do without them. She is very sweet and efficient!! Coco beauty is a beautiful establishment, Crystal at the front desk is always on point with appointments. Don’t walk but run, but save appointment times for me!!

Brittany Peltier I have been going to Jessica Guilbeaux for years. She is great with color, styling, and cuts. My hair has gotten so healthy and long by her gradually taking me from platinum blonde to dark and now back to a softer blonde. She accommodates my need for a change from time to time without damaging my hair. I never have to wait, she stays on schedule, and is so sweet on top of everything! Highly recommend!

GlY Alex (suite 113) was warm and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable and really listened to what I wanted. I got a violet/brown bayalage and trim. Would definitely recommend her for funky colors and styles :) MERA is a unique concept, where many different salons have their own space!

Renee Broussard I can’t say enough great things about Chikita! She is truly a master at her craft. Every time I sit in her chair, I leave feeling like the best version of myself. Not only is she incredibly talented with styling, cuts, and color, but she also takes the time to really understand what you want and makes thoughtful suggestions to bring your vision to life. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality make every appointment a relaxing and enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a stylist who genuinely cares about your hair and how you feel, Chikita is the one. Highly recommend!

Michele Carter Chakita did an amazing job on my silk press. She was very gracious but the professionalism ended when she was 47 minutes late getting started on my hair even though I arrived 10 minutes early. Not only that but after putting me under the dryer for 50 minutes and my hair was dry she started a roller set that was going to take at least 20 minutes before getting to me. I think it’s the kind of salon that double or triple books to account for no-shows as there were others waiting. Some people may be ok with sitting in a salon and waiting for service but I am accustomed to receiving service at my scheduled appointment time and not having to share that time with others. I’m not for being worked in. If you can’t honor my appointment slot please refuse my request for an appointment. My time is as valuable as anyone else’s time. Because of this I did not leave a tip.

Kim Brown Chikita is a very professional master stylist. I have known her for over 30 years. To know her is to love her. She specializes in healthy hair. She is very informative about the beauty industry. Beauty Queens is definitely a salon in the Baton Rouge area that has made a name for itself. Great service, uplifting music, clean and a relaxing atmosphere. Give Chikita a call, you will not be disappointed. The Queen awaits....

Bridget Williams If you are not from here and you need your hair cut, colored. I would ask for Aimee. I went in with very dark hair needing highlights. She done a awesome job. I was nervous at first but after 20 mins she made that go away. This chick knows her stuff!!! You will not leave disappointed. Plus the employees in this place are so friendly! If I am still here in a few months. I will definitely be coming back here.

Andrea Robles de Medina The most dishonest person there is in beauty salons. She put 30 tape-in ​​hair extensions on me but sold them to me telling me that they were 5 packs, knowing that a single pack has 20 pieces no matter the brand, and that they were 100% human hair, that they would last me a year. But they only lasted 2 months, she never showed me the packaging and charged me $2,760, I had given her an advance of $2,000 and this was the receipt, you be the judge!!!! Plus, she doesnt take care of your hair and uses alcohol to remove them, she doesnt respect peoples time, she always arrives at least 45 minutes late!!! One star is too much!!!

MemoryOfCarrie Follow up Nicole M. No, honey I’m not Barbie but I expect professionalism when you advertise as the #1 salon in BR. Needless to say I left the salon at 12:30am and my top of head was “White” with a tint of purple while the back was more platinum. She spent 30 min taking video of the back of my head but never once showed the top of my head. She also charged me $850 and when I asked why because all of this was supposed to be a “fix” from a month ago that she never fixed her comment was “well, if you want to look like Barbie, you can pay like Barbie”. She is a head case. She is rude and unprofessional. I will be filing against her and I have all of our text messages as well as recorded video. The next morning, 10/30 my extensions fell out and I text her and she said “I will fix it all”. Then later that day I received a text that she was referring me to someone she had trained. She is unpredictable, unprofessional and has no business doing hair nor calling her salon the #1 salon in BR. Her assistant is a super sweet guy but he even said to me that he did not sign up to bleach my hair as he thought he was only “assisting” her. I recorded it all and I will turn her in to the state board of cosmetology. I have text, photos and video to back up my situation and at this time, I am not letting her do this to anyone else. Also, she has asked me more than once to work for her selling “Barbie” hair. No thank you!

Kayla deen Amazing experiences! My entire family sees Tabitha at Elude! My 2 girls love getting their hair cut with Mrs. Tabitha. She is also amazing with cutting my husband’s thick hair. For me she has always been phenomenal! Perfect cuts, perfect color, and perfect style before I leave the salon. She truly has a passion and is fabulous at her art! The salon itself is also very clean, beautiful, and comfortable.

Louise Bodack I have been with Jovi for over 11 years and watched the concept of Elude come to fruition! She is amazing! I give her creative control over my style and color, confident that when she is finished, the new me will be amazing. If I suggest something and she does not think it will flatter me, she is honest in her opinion and explains why it won’t work. The result gets compliments. She knows what I want before I do. The atmosphere is relaxing and conversation is great. She always asks after the family and when I return for my next visit, we pick up right where we left off and she remembers. The Davines color line matches my natural color perfectly with a wide range of rejuvenating hues. Tucked away off Jefferson Hwy, the studio is a beautiful, airy, and positive environment that maintains high standards of cleanliness throughout every step of the appointment process. Stepping into the studio is like a breath of fresh air with a wonderful quality of natural light and living plants inside and out. Scheduling is so quick and easy; the text appt reminders are always helpful. Every time I leave, I walk out with a big smile and new lease on life! I cannot recommend Elude enough - it’s the perfect escape in BR for a high quality self-care service by kind, experienced professionals who love their clients and love what they do. I may be partial because of the transformation he does to my wild hair, but Brien is the best in the whole world!

You cannot go wrong here with color, keratin, haircuts and blow-outs. Such a homey comfortable place and in todays market very reasonably priced. Cannot say enough good about SDV. Lindy Cline Ms. Trina is absolutely amazing. I havent let anyine else touch my hair or eyebrows or feet and hamds since i met her a litrle iver 20 years ago. She has an amazing sakin and the staff is amazing the salon is clean and the environment is amazing. Salon cosmo is the only place I will go to get my pedicures, nails, lashes, eyebrows, or hair done.

M G I discovered Chanty on Instagram and decided to get my first haircut there. I have very thick, difficult-to-manage hair, especially in the back. Vanessa Ojeda We booked Verde beauty last minute since our other vendor bailed on us. The concierge team was great and helped set it up flawlessly. The artists were Tina and Kristen, they were amazing! I had made some special requests and they were honored. The team actually had us done about an hour and a half early. I had the best time with them and definitely recommend them!

Crystal Zheng I would 100% recommend Tina and her team! I first met with Tina for a pre-wedding session where we tried on a few looks. She was very patient and listened to my preferences. It was important to me that I felt like I still looked like myself, but just elevated - and she was able to help me pull that off. I was also a bit nervous about what the wedding planning stress had done to my skin, and she made me feel at ease about that. I’ve never had my hair and makeup done professionally before so it was a bit intimidating, and she made me feel comfortable during the process.
