Owen Conner Amazing costumer service and most importantly results of great hair cuts! The hair stylists were fun loving while still providing very professional work and results, communicative of hair cut procedures while working around the wants of me as their customer, and all around created an environment I was comfortable in that resolved the anxieties that arise in those typical haircut experiences!! ButWhyTho? We just started using this place for our whole family. So far, every experience we’ve had there has been wonderful. Today, Hanna worked with me to take some weight off of my ends. She was awesome. Just the most polite and most helpful stylist I’ve actually ever met.

PluralPopcorn Freshly done extensions and it cost $123.00. Only you know if thats worth it. To me its more like a scam.

Van Appreciated the fact the stylist left my hair longer and only cut it shorter when i requested. As we said, you can always cut shorter but cannot add it back once it is cut. Also asked her to blend my bands a bit more after she was done. She cheerfully did so! Very positive experience.

Christina Morales I was in town for family get away and had to stop into this location twice. Both times I had great customer care from 3 different employees. I was looking for MVP lipstick from fenty which was out of stock but the young lady helped me find another lipstick with the same shade. I had a better experience in this location then I did in my own town.

Keith Cooley Victoria was great with our son and done an amazing job! Love the feel of the Man Cave salon. We didn’t have an appointment and it was our first time to go there and they got us right in as a walk in! Great customer service. Really pleased overall with our first time experience. Will definitely go back and recommend!

c_rod 1206 I had an appointment with Sonja today, and if I were to get a blind haircut, I would trust her with it. She tells me ideas of what she wants to do with the hair, and it comes out perfect every time. This is what we need when it comes to barbers, we need people who see a vision and put it in the cut. My hair came out exactly how I wanted it to for prom next week, and now I know who I’ll be going for in the future.

Randy Camardelle I rarely leave negative reviews. Even if I have a bad experience I still usually dont leave a negative review but this place took my cake. If I could give zero stars I would. My wife went for the last time last friday. Ripped off for the last time. $300 charged for a damn highlight and styling. They charged us $50 for a haircut/trim which my wife asked to remove from our bill because she didnt get her hair cut or trimmed Ally then informed my wife that they charge $25 to freaking BLOW DRY her hair! Insane!!! They only refunded us $25... She paid for a highlight, washing is required. So, you hamstring your clients into paying an additional $25 so they dont have to walk out of your shitty salon with soaking wet hair?!?! Yall can go fly a kite, youll never get my money again. I wouldnt be so upset if the cost matched the quality but it unfortunately doesnt. I used to get my haircut there but stopped a LONG time ago because the haircut I got wasnt worth $10 much less the $40 I believe they were charging at the time. I think you should do a little self reflection on where you are located geographically, its Lake Charles people, and also take an honest look at quality if you want to keep this price point. My wife should come home sashaying around the house because of how pleasantly happy she is with your services with the amount you charge. Rant over, carry on.

Sarah Howard The best salon experience I’ve ever had! I’m visiting in town, and Cydney was absolutely amazing. Did exactly what I asked for, was so incredibly sweet and friendly, and I will 100% be back! The staff are all extremely friendly, and they are extremely upfront with pricing. So grateful for my experience, and I will definitely return :)

S T Sarah was Awesome!!!! She listen to what I wanted. She discuss the do’s and dint’s about what I wanted. She matched the color I was looking for. . Very professional and very caring!! shay thompson Mrs.Amy is the absolute best. While I was not a fan of the string method at first that she uses. She reassured me that if I kept coming every two weeks I would get use to coming. Coming to her for my eyes brows is the best decision that I ever made. Check her out for yourself you wont be disappointed.

Charlotte Sneddon I’ve worked with this salon for a very long time. Under three different stylist. I’ve always put trust and stayed with the stylist after one has moved away. Most recently Taylor left and I was put with Tori. Tori recently left to pursue a different opportunity. I personally chose to stay with Tori because she is very talented like Taylor and Madasin were. I have had a very traumatic hair experience in the past by trusting someone who didn’t understand how to work with natural red hair and destroyed my hair. So having a great stylist and have the option to meet and discuss things with them first is very important to me. I never once received a phone call after Tori left to cancel either of my appointments or was given the option to work with someone else. Frankly very disappointed. The receptionist mentioned that two of them had been contacting people and my name was highlighted. Well I’ve had the same phone number since 2012, I have voicemail, and I have text. She also mentioned that some of the clients were getting frustrated with being contacted because they were following Tori and Miranda. Bottom line all clients need to be contacted no matter what…. Especially seeing as I’ve been a client there since 2017….what a horrid way to end things.

Robin Vincent Would not recommend . Had my hair blonded here when it came out almost gray I was told it was a learning school ( with regular salon prices) I got a partial refund that they didnt even want to do. They said well you should have been told this a learning salon . The next day I went to Signatures and they fixed it completely they said don’t worry this can be fixed.

Heidi Brouwer Went in for a spiral perm, showed her a few pictures of what I wanted, ( I was looking for a nice tight curl). After being there for 5 hours, I saw that I barely had a wave in my hair. Completely disappointed. Complete waste of my time. I will not go back there for a perm in the future. The reason I did give 1 star was only because she was very nice and the atmosphere was nice as well.

Holly H. I recently had my hair cut and colored by Ms. Taylor McCarty. I have been told that with my naturally dark brunet hair, that platinum and gray was not possible. Ms. Taylor not only achieved it but she did it in one visit!!! She is an expert as far as I’m concerned and I believe she has a magic wand hidden somewhere when it comes to her coloring and toning!! I will never go anywhere else or let anyone touch my hair but Taylor now! If you need cut, color or any salon service, Ms. Taylor is who you need to see!!!!!

Ana Rodriguez First time getting cut/style at ONA. I had left a voice mail message & sent an appointment request on their website. The owner called me back on Tuesday & acknowledged receiving both messages - great customer service. I was able to get scheduled for Thursday afternoon, as needed, with Gracie. I walked in & was greeted by Gracies friendly smile - no waiting. Got my layers trimmed & reshaped. She has a great eye & listened to my concerns. I left very, very happy. After 2 years searching for a local salon, I have finally found my "place!" I recommend Gracie but, you cant go wrong at ONA Salon, as the other stylist there were doing great work too.

Hanimal *UPDATE* Cierra the one who did my hair in this picture no longer works there so if you want her you can find her at Revive Salon Studios! They were awesome I LOVED what they did with my hair it looks amazing and I love it!! Super friendly and helpful!!

Regan Ardoin I went to this salon a few years ago and loved their work. A certain woman, as you walk in the door and look to the left, you her station. She did great. However, this last time I went has got to be the worst experience. I don’t remember the woman’s name, but it wasn’t the one from my first visit. Forgive me, I can only describe what she looked like. She had maybe two inch hair and it was purple at the time. Everything went GREAT until she did my bands. I literally watched her chop them off. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and told her the new trend of curtain bands was not my style and I definitely didn’t want that. So she gave me curtain bangs. The whole front of my hair was chopped and she kind of panicked. She kept moving it around nervously and said that it’ll look better when I go home and style it. ??????? I let my hair grow for two years before I went. I have to wait even longer now because I have curly hair and this made is look stupid. Loved my first experience. The second one wasn’t supposed to be done, because the stylist I booked with had called out. I think about it every single day because I can’t style my hair now. Not trying to sound like a Karen but these were my experiences and my hair is important to me.

Lisa Mondal I booked my appointment back in October. I called several weeks ahead to find out how long hair and makeup would take since I had a tight window for a company holiday party. They assured me I would not be rushed. I arrived on time for my Dec 16th appointment. After waiting 20 mins a customer walked in and was taken ahead of me for a blow dry. My stylist started my makeup finally at 2:47pm for my 2pm appointment and didnt even put mascara or eyeliner on. Finally at 330 she was done and I had to take my hair style down as I left since it looked so juvenile. I called after i left to speak to the manager and apparently the stylist I saw was the manager. She mentioned she could not issue a refund. I asked to have the owner call me so i could share my experience and still no call yet. Posting this for the owner to see and respond regarding my experience.

Stephanie Brewster Emily at Blush is awesome! She took me in for a last minute appointment right before they closed and did an immaculate job at shaping my brows. She was super sweet, too! You can definitely tell she enjoys her job. Cant wait to go back in and try out some more services!

Jalin DuRousseau My goodness where to start?! So the decor is beautiful when you walk in and you just can’t help but to feel happy. I got a blowout done by Bailee and she’s nothing short of amazing!! Do yourself a favor and opt for the extended massage. It’s life changing!!! Trust me just BOOK THE APPOINTMENT!!

Laura Hall I love being a Fusion customer! I always feel at home there, catered to, and never rushed. I highly recommend my stylist, Lisa. She is a skilled, calm, cheerful person. Oh, and be sure to get her to shampoo your hair, because wow❤️! Lisa cuts my hair with perfect precision every time, and treats me like family. Five stars!

sailorfrom thechuck This place is wonderful! I go once a month to get my hair cut. During each cut the atmosphere is very friendly and the service is beyond my expectations. A mens cut comes with a complimentary hair wash and scalp massage. Also, my young nephew likes to visit me after due to the neon green glow that radiates from my hair after every visit. They dont call it Glow Salon for nothing!

A I have been to this place several times & the older lady there has always done an amazing, 5-star job. This most recent visit there was a younger lady & she botched my eyebrows. I grew them out for a couple months bc I knew the usual lady would shape them perfectly. Now I have like 1/3 of my brows left & one side is thinner than the other lol. Really upset with the results I got with this new person. Also, the usual price is $10 but this new person charged $15.
