    A: I have been to this place several times & the older lady there has always done an amazing, 5-star job. This most recent visit there was a younger lady & she botched my eyebrows. I grew them out for a couple months bc I knew the usual lady would shape them perfectly. Now I have like 1/3 of my brows left & one side is thinner than the other lol. Really upset with the results I got with this new person. Also, the usual price is $10 but this new person charged $15.
