Randi R. Hopkins I told him my polish dried streaky and I wasn’t pleased. All he had to do was repolish but said he charged extra to repolish when I paid $25 for an already poorly done job!! My nails look terrible and I should have known from the lack of cars on day they should be busy! He had to turn away customers because he’s the only one! How are you running this place?! Now I have to go home and polish my own damn nails!!

Erin Van Geffen I want to preference that we went in with a bigger party. We called ahead and asked if they could take us, and they said absolutely. They did have space, but we were all rushed. The gel manicure is not completely on all my nails and pretty thick. Im glad they could accommodate, but if they could not dedicate the actual time for our services, I would have rather they told us they could not service all of us.

Hailey M They were pretty busy, and there were 3 of us. Took a little wait, but it was worth it. Did a great pedicure, and I also did a dip manicure. My nails are very soft and never have any luck growing them out. Very nice staff and overall, a good atmosphere.

Tyler White I had a 90-minute massage with Carl, and it was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. He was extremely professional, had amazing technique, and strong, confident hands. What really stood out was that he actually listened. I always tell therapists that I want a very intense, deep-pressure massage—but most people either don’t believe me or don’t follow through. Carl did exactly what I asked, so much so that for the first time ever, I actually had to ask someone to go a little lighter because he was truly delivering the intensity I requested. I walked out feeling incredible. This is the first massage I’ve ever had where I knew immediately I wanted to come back and request the same therapist. I highly recommend Carl to anyone looking for a serious, effective, and professional massage experience.

Carrol Vice Charlie is amazing She took my box colored “platinum blonde” with dark roots and turned it into my natural hair color with two different colors and a toner. No roots even, WOW! I don’t know how she did it but she definitely figured it out! I love the color it’s my normal dirty blonde and now I have something to work with, maybe I’ll stick with highlights lol. She is amazing! Everyone here are so helpful and sweet as well. The products are the best the staff can point you to exactly what you need. Look no further, if you need a real color and cut PRO ask for CHARLIE!!

Zofia Wyszynski Requested a deluxe pedicure with paraffin wax. Could not tell the difference between a standard and deluxe pedicure. Did not get a massage, the pedicurist barely ran her hands over my calves a few times. Still have dead skin that I had to trim off myself the very next day. I was expecting more.

Rachel Heinschel My gel mani and pedi were both done beautifully! She managed to get all the yucky stuff off while still being gentle. It was relaxing and felt nice. I had to wait a little while, but that was expected with it being a Friday afternoon. However once my service began, it went quickly. I will definitely come back!

Chelsea Craig I wanted to try this place because I’d heard the prices were better than others. I had a great experience. I asked for dip and almond shape and was originally given a round shape, the nails were a little bulky too. But I wasn’t going to complain as they weren’t horrible & the nail tech was nice. The owner came by and looked at them, asked what shape I had wanted and she fixed them the best she could. I would have been happy either way but kudos to the owner for making sure her customers are happy. Thank you! I’ll be back :)

Caroline Slayton Great nail place seems as if they remodeled on the inside, it was very clean and they disinfected in between each thing they do! Quick but efficient with my nails. I came in on a Wednesday around 10 ish not too packed! Price was cheaper than any other place i’ve been to.

If you don’t want to wait in any long lines or spend 5 hours in a mail shop this is the place to be ! Very very neat work! I personally only use my real nails and gel polish, my nails can last me up to 3 weeks if not longer!

Paola Uranga Amazing service and quality work! I’m so happy I found this gem while visiting Youngsville. Great customer service. My friend and I were seated quickly too. I got white French tips (polish only). They removed my shellac so nicely! I got a beautiful coral orange type of color for my toenails (polish only). My friend did chrome over white acrylic nails and shellac pedi.

Brittany So I visited the salon due the reviews I read! Bad mistake, I expressed before finishing my full set that there were imperfections, after the fact and said to myself well maybe she (Jen is tired) so I’ll come tomorrow and allow them to be fixed. However I call 3 hours ahead of time for my departure to leave on a trip for her to fix the acrylic that is left on my skin and was told to come now so it can be fixed. This lady did a pedicure then proceeded to service a full set on another customer versus addressing the simple mistake she made. Eventually she comes and says (I have to remove the gel) I tell her that’s fine but please don’t allow them to be so bulky and remove the acrylic that on my skin please. She goes looked at me funny and went to service the person she started on while I was waiting. Learn proper customer service, I paid $80 which is fair priced but to receive deceptive, mediocre service. Man I even tipped this lady. I just don’t understand because pure respect was given on my behalf and I would’ve appreciated the same.

Alaine Williamson I got a pedicure and manicure both with shellac, my total was $93.60. One, the prices are ridiculous for the type of services rendered. Two, there are other places in Lafayette that will provide a better experience and better quality at the same price or less.

Megan Guidry Giving three stars because my nails are beautiful and I was in and out in a timely fashion however there was definite lack of communication, price was not discussed until my nails had already been started so at that rate I felt locked in and the price changed again somehow at the end so I finished up and paid the $99 again my nails are gorgeous but I had only intended on paying at most $70 most other nail salons start at $35-$45 What number do I call because I just called and got another lack of communication The employee kept asking me if I was trying to get my nails done and I said that the owner had said to give a call and she said no why call the owner and I said because you said to call so… I don’t know what number to call Still haven’t been able to contact the owner also it’s been only one week and two of the nails are about to pop off

J W As soon as I walked into this brand new nail salon my first impression was a feeling of happy. It’s the cleanest well designed decor and nail stations. It’s not loud like some of the ones that have herds of people in there. The husband and wife and mother are all so well spoken and have interesting conversations with you. Plus my nails like ok fabulous for Valentine’s w a little heart on each ring finger. 20 % off for the first month of their opening!!!

Erica Carriere Tracy is so sweet, as are her husband and her mom. She KILLED an acrylic set for my wedding, and I just went back for her to remove the acrylics. I got hybrid gel this time and they are simple but beautiful. They take their time and are very thorough!

Katrina wills This is one of the best nail places i have ever gone to. Everyone here is sweet and make you feel like family. They treated me and mom with care! They were so sweet. I defiantly will come back here. If youre not sure on if you should come here. Im telling you you will not regret it!! You should come here it’s amazing. They make you feel like you belong and they dont make you feel like an outcast. Every one should come and give them a chance!!! This is an update! I’ve been coming here since I was 16. Here’s some previous! I still love it here I’m 20 now. I love Mrs. Kim I love Mrs. Sandra best nail place EVER. Update it’s 2025 and I went get my nails done for my wedding tomorrow!!! Again Sandra and Kim never disappoint!!!!!!!!

leslie torres Went into this salon last night with my boyfriend, we both got very relaxing pedicures. I got my nails done they came out beautifully. The atmosphere was so cozy and welcoming, this was one of the cleanest nail salons i’ve visited. The owners and the workers are have such great hospitality. I never trust anyone with my eyebrows but Nancy did her thing, they came out amazing !

oshianna wright I’ve been coming here once or twice a month for years now and the service is ALWAYS great. The staff are very friendly and even offer refreshments to customers. They do their best to accommodate you in any way they can and make sure you are comfortable while you’re there. Since covid they’ve been mostly “appointment only” but they do take walk-ins on occasion.

Kay Bee This was my time at this particular nail salon. she did a fabulous job definitely would recommend yall going there. Excellent customer service and does the nails that yall want them to do specifically. I really appreciate them staying open late so they can get my nails done!!!

Keona Reliford This was my first time going to this nail salon and staff (Dan & Loan) was very welcoming. Due to only having (Loan) there doing nails, appointments were taken so they asked me to come back at a particular time in which they actually called me to let me know I could come back earlier than that time. They gave me the opportunity of taking my time to look at all of the gel polish colors they had to ensure i was getting exactly what i desired. They were friendly during the service by getting to know me. I’m usually rough on nails and it’s been a week, and my nails are still on and satisfying. I will definitely be back. Thank yall.

Jessica Soileau I am really sad having to write this review. I wanted to love Mimi’s but unfortunately both times I went I had issue. The first time my design was not it however Mimi fixed it and did a beautiful job so I went back again and this time the design was PERFECT!! But the application of the gel x…. Not so much. It was beyond thing under my nails that it was cutting my fingers and there were gaps between the extension and my natural nail. I went back and they completely ignored my issue about the gaps under my nails and only shaved down underneath while I am thankful they shaved it down so it stopped cutting into my fingers, still the nails I got were not the $128 I paid for them. One person tried to reschedule me a new appt to fix it but another nail tech stopped them. And at this point my original appt was 2 hours already and they moved me to another nail tech, I already felt like a burden. So I just gave up and left. I did ask for Mimi and called for Mimi but she was not there. I know Mimi cannot fix everything I’m just disappointed in the amount of money I spent and the quality of what I got ):

Brooke Pitre I’ve been coming to this nail spa for over 2 years and I’ll never go elsewhere as long as they’re open! I’ve never not LOVED my nails after they were done here. The staff strives to ensure everyone leaves a satisfied customer! My gel extension sets last a month or more! In one of the attached photos, the set was 5 weeks old! Book here! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Mary Williams Cathy’s Nails will always be my go to nail place!!! They execute the task every time and I can’t them enough!!! The customer service is through the roof! I’ve never experienced such great service seriously. Big shout out to IVY for always killing my nails no matter what inspiration picture I show her!! I love y’all lol also thank you to Jay who did my toes. It was so relaxingggg and he massaged my legs very good. Thank youuuu. Wish I could tip yall more than I did. Forever thankful

Justacia Thomas Great service & very nice. An older lady did my nails whom was also very sweet but I didn’t get the best pedicure & polish. Looks like I did them myself and I have no experience with polishing my own toes. $70 was okay but wish it was better

Dakota Godwin 4 out of 5 stars Just got back from Cathy’s Nails and wanted to share my honest thoughts! They have fewer color options and are a little pricier compared to some other places, but I actually appreciated the quieter, more intimate setting. It felt calm and relaxing, and everyone there was really sweet and kind. The nail tech who worked on me was incredibly attentive—she kept checking to make sure nothing was too hot or uncomfortable throughout the entire process. After doing my nails, she gave me a lovely massage and then treated me to a warm wax hand treatment, which felt amazing. She used these little wax bags, rubbed the wax in, and then wrapped my hands in a heated, scented towel. It was such a nice touch, and my hands feel super soft now! The color turned out well, though next time I might skip the sparkle. Overall, I’d definitely come back to Cathy’s Nails, especially because it’s so close and convenient. Including tip, I paid about $51.75—just a little more than what I usually spend at Palace Nail Lounge, but the extra care and quiet vibe made it worth it.

Nastassia Taylor They never listen and the lady the the prosthetic leg is always doing all the talking if you tell her something is wrong like your nail is cricket she’ll argue you down I have gave them more than one chance but they completely suck the older lady that they only let do pedicures uses the same stuff on every spreading fungus and germs I even have a video of her and me telling her to stop this is against health policy and I do plan on reporting them now smh this is my last set that I had a week as and I already have a broken nail PLEASE DO WASTE YOUR MONEY OR PUT YOUR HEALTH AT RISK

Sarah Leblanc I got a manicure and gel polish. It took almost 2 hours to complete and my nails look like a kindergartener polished them. I told the lady they didn’t look good and she said “they look good enough “ I said I didn’t pay for “good enough “ I paid for good. She re painted them but they don’t look any better. I have a ton of polish under the nail and all around the outside on the skin. Won’t be going back!!!

Tim B. We were in town visiting and I decided to take my amazing wife to get her nails done. After looking at reviews online we came across Vi Nails.The atmosphere there was great. They had the TV set to things that were suitable for all ages so you wont have to worry about what your kids may hear or see. The lady that did my wifes nails did an amazing job. Her nails came out amazing and it was not expensive. She gave my wife exactly what she wanted and we could not have asked for anything more. Great job, will definitely come back the next time we are here.
