Mimi Mai Nail Spa - Lafayette (LA)

2 /5 Jessica Soileau: I am really sad having to write this review. I wanted to love Mimi’s but unfortunately both times I went I had issue. The first time my design was not it however Mimi fixed it and did a beautiful job so I went back again and this time the design was PERFECT!! But the application of the gel x…. Not so much. It was beyond thing under my nails that it was cutting my fingers and there were gaps between the extension and my natural nail. I went back and they completely ignored my issue about the gaps under my nails and only shaved down underneath while I am thankful they shaved it down so it stopped cutting into my fingers, still the nails I got were not the $128 I paid for them. One person tried to reschedule me a new appt to fix it but another nail tech stopped them. And at this point my original appt was 2 hours already and they moved me to another nail tech, I already felt like a burden. So I just gave up and left. I did ask for Mimi and called for Mimi but she was not there. I know Mimi cannot fix everything I’m just disappointed in the amount of money I spent and the quality of what I got ):

5 /5 Brooke Pitre: I’ve been coming to this nail spa for over 2 years and I’ll never go elsewhere as long as they’re open! I’ve never not LOVED my nails after they were done here. The staff strives to ensure everyone leaves a satisfied customer! My gel extension sets last a month or more! In one of the attached photos, the set was 5 weeks old! Book here! You won’t be disappointed!!!
