My family has been using this one salon for many years for nails, pedicures to ingrown toe nails....they are magical. !!!DIABETIC PEDICURES!!! Not many nail salons are equipped with someone who knows the ends and outs of dealing with a diabetic patients nails. My aunts nails split in half down to the skin at times. They have never made her bleed, cause infection, or cut too deep.

Kalyn Savoie First time going to happy nails good customer service, but not good at acrylics. My nails aren’t the same shape or color, and she botched the under side of the nails. I paid $65 dollars from this and I’m not pleased at all.

Rebecca Reed These ladies were so accommodating. We called at the last minute and got an appointment for 6:00 because they close at 7:00, but then when we were trying to leave to go to our appointment we lost our keys so I called to cancel the appointment and right after I canceled the appointment we found the keys and called back to see if we could still keep the appointment and they said yes and when we got there they were not irritated with us they were very kind and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. He will not be disappointed

Shelby Guy She is a very thorough and professional nail tech. Everytime I go to her I feel comfortable as if I have been knowing her. I love her work and my nails last for weeks at a time….i definitely recommend her to everyone who ask!!!

I had a messed up set from another salon when i came in and they got those off and fixed me up right. i don’t think Ive loved a set more than these. exactly what i wanted and everyone is super friendly!! 12/10

Mahri Rivera Great place. They dont rush through your service and are pleasant and sweet to talk to. High volume salons forget that those leg massages are supposed to be relaxing. I definitely got 5 star service in this quiet litte gem. My nails look really good. Not like I did them myself at home (yes this has actually happened to me).

America#1st They are great with Shellac nails. Polish stays on 3 weeks. They are very nice and pamper their customers. Some salons rush when other patrons walk in but I havent experienced that here. I will continue to patronize with them when in the Lake Charles area.

Alida Darlene Color selection is nearly infinite! All techs are fabulous and extremely talented. Owner Jason is top notch for nail art/designs!!!! The atmosphere and modern-look are some of my favorite reasons I religiously go here best nail & spa salon in town!

Xyla Reed pretty nails is fantastic she is friendly and does my nails amazing. Ive had her numerous time and now I request her when I make an appt. Everything is very clean and great service.

Keeva Willis Imma help you guys out. Okay so I’m new to Lake Charles , and I do not like This nail place. Why? Because I only got acrylic and polish, no Gail no power. And I paid $40, ok cool but but for my nails to look like this for $40 is insane and a waste of money , they said power was $45, so why the hell I paid $40 for just acrylic and regular polish? This why I don’t do my nails because they are get overs and they just say prices to you . And she said it was $5 for the length, that still shouldn’t have total out to $40. THEY DO BAD BUSINESS AND DONT CARE ! on first they don’t even polish my whole nail (the bottom of my nail) and when I said something they switched, and that still did not help ! IF YOUR FUNNY ABOUT YOUR NAILS DONT COME TO THIS EXPENSIVE PLACE! Someone help me with a good nail place because I don’t wanna pay $40 just for a polish over acrylic nails . I DO NOT LIKE MY NAILS Especially because I paid more than it’s worth. MY NAILS LOOK OLD AND I JUST DID THEM TODAY!

Constance Chandler I went in with my 2 daughters and granddaughter. They were very helpful, considerate and super nice. Made sure we were happy with our nails at every step. They were also very patient with my 9 year old, as well as some other children in at the same time. They blew me away with the quality of work for the price. We will be going back.

Elizabeth Marchand I truly love going get my nails done here. They have a great staff who really listens to what you want. Great place if you are new to town like myself. I have never had an appointment here, but they always welcome me in and get my needs taken care of.

Taylor Trahan Walked in at 6:10, sat there and waited for 10 minutes and was then told it was too late for pink and white acrylic nails. After getting a horrible shellac manicure(pretty much rushed through it) three people walk in for a pedicure and they do not deny them. RUDE

Britni Lucas Best French tip acrylics I’ve ever gotten! He was kind, gentle, and attentive. The place was quiet and clean. 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be making this my go to nail salon.

Ashley McCracken I was greeted immediately when walking through the door. I was serviced quickly, no waiting. And Lisa did my pedicure. She paid close attention to detail. Was very thorough and very careful not to hurt me. The polish was done very nicely. Her conversation was very friendly. I love the service at this spa and will be returning for more visits

Edriena Bilbo If I could it will be no stars giving!!! The lady that did my toes first she came to me like she didn’t want to do them and had an attitude the whole time doing them. she told me they don’t know how to do it and I said ok I will just go somewhere else no problem and after I said that she said she can do it. Then had another male employee to come and finish them after she walked away from doing my toes just for him to come over and cuss me out and to buck at me like he wanted to fight me and I am a female. I wasn’t satisfied with what I got after telling her I dont like them and they annoyed me!!!! And the manager saw everything and when I ask for names and the owner number and name she avoid me and didn’t want to give it to me!!! I will not let this go bc that was very unprofessional and don’t appreciate how I was treated and the fact the male step to me wanted to fight!!! And I been coming here for years!! If anyone can give me the owner number and name I will gladly appreciate it!! THIS PLACE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!!!

Macey Goerig I’ve been going to Allure the last 6+ months since moving to Lake Charles and it’s been the only Nail Salon I’ve wanted to go back to time and time again. The service is always great, and their pricing is wonderful. I get my manicure done by Toy every time, and she is just the best, hands down!! Each new set I leave with, I absolutely love! Definitely the best Nail Salon in town, for every reason! :)

Lorie Parks When I got there I was welcomed right away. It didnt seem too busy. The Receptionist asked me what I would like and I said a full set medium length and a square shape. I was in the chair and out in 45 minutes. They had a numerous selection of COLORS to choose from. I did 581. The person who took take of me did a great job with making sure all my nails were the same length and took the extra time to make sure they were even and secure once they dried and cured. The Salon itself was clean and inviting with all the white and the chandeliers and floral were a nice touch. They even have a rewards program which I also thought was pretty cool.

Emily Pousson The salon looks very nice and the staff is very friendly. I got a Deluxe Pedicure with Shellac. I paid $68.75 + a $5.00 tip. The massage was nice, however, I was not pleased with the paint job. I feel like my toes look messy and there is paint chipped on one of my toes. I took this picture 5 minutes after I walked out so I didn’t put them through the wringer. Trigger warning about the pictures, I’m 31 weeks pregnant, so my feet are swollen:)

Carolyn Senegal Hi I went in today to have my fingernails and toe nails polished I chose to get the shellac the young guy did a wonderful job truly appreciated him. Met Megan about 7 years ago when she was at the older location . I liked her personality when I met her the first. I can honestly say that her personality is the same today . I asked her to wax my upper lip and remove facial hair. she did a wonderful job I truly appreciate you. I wish you all the success that you deserve. Thank you

I paid $110 to get a manicure and a pedicure shellac that was on 2/17/2025 My pedicures and manicures usually last me a month maybe two months without them peeling two days ago they started peeling and I guess I wouldn’t feel so bad but I did give a $40 tip

Lily S I’m from Texas, I was in town for an event and needed to get my nails done. I have gone to the same person for about 4 years now where i live so going to someone new was nerve wracking for me but I had the BEST experience ever here. I don’t remember the name of the man who did my nails but it has been a month since my appointment and even my husband says my nails still look so good! While I was getting my nails done, a young lady brought in her two kids and sat them down next to her while she was getting her nails done. Out of no where I just see the girl that was sitting at the register bring out snacks for the kids and then she was walking around the whole salon with one of the kids to keep her busy. It’s was the sweetest thing ever to see them welcome kids so their mom could relax and get her nails done. It felt like they actually love their customers and their job. My nails still look amazing a month later and I had a really great experience when I was in town. This is definitely where I’ll be going to get my nails done when I’m back in town.
