Aurora Nail Lounge - Lake Charles Julia Burks: I remember looking for a nail shop because no one was open since after the storm. I found Aurora since 2020 and I have never went to another nail shop. Hanna is the best I never tell her how I want my nails I just ask her to freestyle it and she never disappoint me. Pam is so awesome on the eyebrows and pedicure and when Hanna is not around Emily is my other go to person with the nails. I love all these ladies and they are so awesome. New York Nail Spa - Lake Charles Jay Norflett: The woman who worked on my feet actually did a great job. But I came in for a simple mani pedi and it took over two hours. There were 3 staff members working on 6 + people switching back and forth between us all. I figured Tuesday morning I could get in a little relaxation but the stress of waiting so long totally undermined the benefits of the service they provided. I will never come back here again. The guy who was running things was very dismissive and they were generally inattentive. Like I said my pedicure was actually good but what a waste of my time. Never paying up front again because I would have simply walked out if they didn’t already have my money.
