Mikayla Peden LOVE MY NAILS! Thank you to the older lady that did my nails last minute they are amazing I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend for decent prices cheaper than the regal nails and better in my opinion. The staff was also very friendly and made me laugh ❤️❤️

Charity Morris If I could give a negative star I would however, this 1 star will do. Ive been there quite a few times before never had a bad experience. However yesterday, the older lady that works in there has no customer service skills or even general hospitality skills. I asked her about a specific nail design for my daughter. I showed her the picture she looks at the phone gives it back and say nothing. Absolutely nothing, another customer even looked at me in disbelief of her actions. Of course being who I am I was polite and just told the man in there that "I assume shes unable to do the design, because shes not saying anything. Have a blessed day." I left and took my daughter to another shop I will NOT support Gorgeous nails ever again. Ive heard things about them being rude I never experienced it though until now. The man was actually polite but , the lady will definitely the reason theyll lose customers. Im big on being polite and courteous. The new nail shop I visited gave my daughter a wonderful experience they were polite and recreated the design she wanted perfectly!

Kim Moran I have been coming to this nail salon for 2 years. Tony and Hanh have always been nice and helpful. I have a busy life so making set appointments can be a challenge. I am able to walk in and they always get me in. My nails last a long time especially since I dont always make it in when I should. I love the location and I love the peaceful setting whenever I come for services.

K Sims Nail tech was nice and did ok, but rushed through painting my nails which left them bumpy, uneven, and messy at the cuticles. The salon overall earns the bad rating. I booked with my sister to sit next to her since it was a sister outing for her birthday but this was ignored by the staff, even after asking in person I was ignored to my face at the counter. Our appointment time was changed an hour later last minute without asking. Nail polish selection was minimal at best. Overpriced salon that was messy and chaotic inside. Will not return. Merry Christmas

Judy Harlon I had such a wonderful experience today at Spa Concepts. From the massage, facial, manicure and pedicure, each were done by really first-class professional team members. From the moment I walked into the front door, I was greeted promptly and kindly. Each session was unlike none Ive had elsewhere. Lunch with wine was especially nice touch. Phatima Garrison We finally found a Nail Salon here in Bossier City! My husband and I just loves her from Texas and we have been to several nail salons trying to find one that was just as good or even better than the one we went to at home. Serenity Spa & Nails is it! They are friendly, stride to know everyone customers name, the salon is clean, and we are very happy with our pedicures and my builder gel nails! We definitely will be back!

Mariah Abernathy I have gotten my nails done here for 3 years and I’m now moving out of Shreveport and will miss them so much. Not only do they do the absolute best job with nails, they care so much about their customers. Rose and Tina are my girls and do the most perfect job every time. Rose is the kindest, most genuine woman who I will truly miss, and her husband as well. I felt like a true family friend here. If you live in Shreveport there is no better place to get your nails done. You will not feel like you can’t ask for exactly what you want and if you’re not happy they will redo it. There is no anxiety here of not speaking up! But the first time will be perfect so there’s not even a worry. ❤️❤️

Lydia I called to ask if they had availability and they said absolutely. I showed up about ten minutes later, they had their price and package list laid out like a little menu and it was fantastic to pick out what I wanted. It looks the exact same on their website. The salon area was bright and clean with music playing. The pedicure stations have a table with cupholder on each side, nice massage chairs, and what appear to be USB ports on them in case youre running low and carry your cord in. My service was fantastic. I believe I got the deluxe pedicure and the hot towel and massage were fantastic. The guy completing my service was so cheerful and nice, even when I was holding everything back for the ticklish part, but I forgot to get his name. Listen, if you go there, tell them Lydia said they were the best. (I took a few pictures but not of my feet because those cost extra!)

Elizabeth Lewis Hey I was a regular customer there until they infected my hand not cleaning the tools soon as there done with one customer they don’t clean them they just go on to the next the claim they don’t understand English but they do the 2 ladies and big head T really messing over ppl hand and there hard earned money so I have proof chec the pictures out so when y’all go there please I mean be careful they are very nasty and it’s a shame

Lalandra Brown I had a polish change done today. I had a good experience. I was in and out in a timely manner. I had a new tech that polished my toes and she was very sweet and friendly. Did a good job.

Raavin Evans I visited this establishment for the first time a week ago. I requested a manicure and color (dipping powder). After waiting over 30 minutes to be serviced, the nail technician left me soaking my previous color off for over 45 minutes while he left to run errands. Finally, another nail technician called me over to our station. As she was nearing completing the service, he returns from his errands and politely says thank you to his fellow co-worker and never acknowledge the 45 minute soak I experienced. Upon his return, he finished the service. Fast forward two days later, 7 of the 10 nails begin to chip and a clear film over the nail begins to peel. I return to the shop today only to be accused of doing something wrong. After waiting for over an hour, I was finally serviced. Once again a disappointment. The polish is on the skin surrounding my nail and underneath the nail is full of polish and caked up buffing dust. My two year old does a cleaner job. To add to the disappointment, I still paid $40 for my nails todays although this appointment was only because last weeks mistake lasted TWO days! This will be the last time I visit here. Very disappointing. Please do not waste your hard earned money coming here. Thank you Brenda for buffering the polish off my skin.

C-Ann Taylor When I go I only get the pedicure the deluxe $45 it is worth it! I also took my husband and got him a pedicure for his birthday and he absolutely loved it. He doesnt have the best of feet but his technician was very professional and did an outstanding job. I couldnt recommend a better place. Its a nice calm peaceful quiet environment and everyone is very professional. My nails look great!

JOANNA GOMEZ I hate my nails it looks really bad and it does not look like the picture that I showed the man and nail polish is all over my fingers and also they hurt me there is gel under my nail and this is my first time in this place I do not recommend

Angela Scheich I have been a customer at Colors for quite some time. I went in last week to get my nails done, and they told me the associate that always helps me, Kay, was no longer there. Kay was always so kind, thorough, and my nails were always done perfectly. I was VERY disappointed with the other associate that helped me last week. She rushed through, didn’t massage the hands before applying color like they have always done, and I had to ask to wash my hands after she filed them down because she was going to apply color directly over all the nail debris after filing! I even had to ask her to please trim down two of the nails that were still very misshapen. She seemed incredibly rushed. She didn’t punch in my customer number at checkout either. I had to ask about that as well. I would always tip Kay incredibly well, because she was so good to her customers. I STILL tipped this other associate, just not as much, even though she did a terrible job. Hate it so much this happened and will not return anymore. I usually don’t write reviews but I felt I had to write one this time because the service was so poor.

Power-Play Interactive Science I went to this place today and the staff was amazing! Very clean place with new pedicure chairs and everything! One of the women even held my baby towards the end when the tech needed both of my hands. They offer drinks, conversation and are very reasonably priced! This place is amazing!!!

Ashley Page I gave one star for the owner’s transparency. I removed stars because this salon is reusing pumice stones and nail files on multiple clients & still using “cheese graters” to buff dry skin. In addition, they are not sanitizing their pedicure bowls between clients— only removing the liner. The technician also failed to provide proper clean-up of nail polish that had gotten on my skin, using only her fingernail instead. When I asked who I presume to be the owner if they were reusing pumice stones and nail files, she was honest and let me know that they do and that they “clean” them with the blue liquid. After I reminded her that these items are porous and therefore cannot be truly sanitized, I was told to bring my own because they have 300 clients per month and cannot afford to purchase new tools for each person. Although I appreciate her honesty, these practices are a health hazard and unacceptable— an infection waiting to happen.

Renee Flannery Walked in to a very busy salon and was treated so kindly, also mind you this was one hour before they closed. I went for a pedicure and nail dip. Pedicure was amazing from Andy and one of the best around the area. I had to wait a while for nails but was apologized to many times over. Nails look very natural and worth the wait. I can not rave enough about this place. Main thing is their customer service is top notch. Highly recommend and I am willing to drive a good distance to get to them. Thank you

Cheryl Floyd My technician payed attention to detail and did not finish until she was sure she got all the hang nails and corners free and smooth. Our next visit they were very busy, but still got to us in a reasonable time and did not rush us through. My daughter showed a picture of what she wanted and they replicated them perfectly!
