Kimberly Woods Dr. Gupta was thorough and polite. The staff was very, very nice and explained everything is be having done. There were lots of patients but you are not rushed. I was the patient, but I had my 4 year old grandson with me and they even made him comfortable. I highly recommend.

Sharon Huntsberry The dentist was great and also the tech in the room was great. But the office staff is unreal the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. From the front desk clerk to the insurance clerk everything was done wrong. I will not go back due to that.

John Trotter Very good experience. Had to have molar pulled and appointment was at 7:15. Arrived 15 mins early and sat in waiting area maybe 15 mins and I was back in the back to have procedure done. Prep was done very quickly and sedation given. Before I knew it, I was ready to go home. Very little pain afterwards an tooth completely extracted. Very expensive for a tooth pull but I can understand due to the IV sedation that is done. Will likely return if my family dentist refers me for any other procedure I may need to have done in the future. Also, staff Very friendly and efficient.

Kathi Ferguson I’ve used Dr Fred Smith twice and he was wonderful. My grand daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by him as well and did not have any problems at all. Both of us had excellent care & service there.

Joslyn Nelson For having a tooth extraction, it was a very pleasant experience! The staff was calming my nerves, and took great care of me! If I need future work done, I would 100% be returning. My only complaint is their upfront charges for insured patients. They collect payment first, then bill insurance. This was a first for me.

Debbi Tackett Semi new to the Alexandria LA office. My husband has been there a couple more times than I have. They have been given our insurance information and a copy of the card on each visit and still can’t seem to get the correct insurance carrier billed. Can’t say I’m overly impressed with this office.

Shawanda White If you’re looking for a professional, caring team, I highly suggest Aspen in Alexandria. I’ve been to several dentist offices but my experience with Aspen was like no other. I went in, in a lot of pain due to abscesses and broken wisdom teeth. The moment I walked in the door, the entire staff all were so friendly, very professional, and made sure all of my questions were answered. They noticed that my situation needed immediate attention and wasted no time at all getting me in there so that I can have my surgery done. I suffer with hbp so with me being in pain, my bp was elevated the morning of my procedure. They gave me time to calm down and relax and also put some relaxing music of my choice on so that I could remain calm. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in search of a good dental office because I’ve definitely found my new home. Did I mention that they are all BEAUTIFUL?! Thank you again so much for taking care of me and being so patient with me. You guys are the absolute best and I’ll brag on you all forever.

Linda Leon This was our 1st experience with Aspen Dental, and we were very impressed. With had some problems with our appointments getting changed, but it all worked out. We were very comfortable with the entire staff. They were friendly and professional. The dentist diagnosed some problems no other dentists ever spoke about. The best part of Aspen Dental is that they are a corporation and have locations all over the US. This is great as we travel and move around, never living in one place very long. However, be sure to go over your bills thoroughly. Im not sure the payment we made at the office was credited to our account as it never showed on a bill. But a number of things that were paid by insurance were showing on our bills as being owed. The amount we were told we owed by the office in Alexandria was accurate, but the amount on the bill we received in the mail was not. Ive been working on them since April 2, 2025. So far, I havent heard back about the corrections being made. I have my fingers crossed that this will all work out.

April McGill When it comes to my experience at Todays Dental, 5 stars doesnt come close. Everyone was extremely polite, understanding, and personable. Shelby Ramos My daughter is 8 and is terrified of the dentist! She normally has to have iv sedation if she needs any work done which requires me to travel far. She had to get a filling today and a couple baby teeth pulled. She didn’t even flinch! The doctors and all staff were amazing!! Highly recommend!!

Susan Verret The best place for braces. I say that because my daughter had a issue with a tooth not dropping and was sideways in the roof of her mouth. We were referred here, and they found the problem. Going on 2 years ,just had surgery. They helped with finding a surgeon that would take ins. And the after care. Polite, nice, more important. Competent. They absolutely know what they are doing.

Karen Turrentine Wow...I do not leave reviews very often, but I have been so impressed with Alexandria Orthodontics. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. The waiting area is not only spacious, but very clean and there is plenty of room to social distance. They even have a cute little sign that welcomes new patients. My son was so excited to see his name on the sign. However, my favorite part is how comfortable the doctor and assistants make my child feel. They discuss everything with him and make sure he understands what he needs to do before he leaves the office. The night before he got his braces on, he was so excited that he could hardly sleep. That is 100 percent because they reassured him that there was nothing to worry about. Even when we went in for the consult, they actually explained everything that was going to take place with both me and my son. You can really see how excited they are about working towards a great smile. I’m very thankful that this is an appointment we look forward to having and don’t dread this visit.

When the procedure came around, everything went well, and they provided really good written instructions and a great video with information. Natasha Johnson This was my first oral surgery and everything was great. From the X-ray and consult with Dr. Smith up to the day of surgery. The staff was extremely nice and very professional. My surgery was quick. My wait time was minimal. I had no issues after my surgery. I was given very clear post surgery instructions. I was also provided with extra gauze, antibiotics, pain meds and the cutest little tooth magnet for my fridge. I would highly recommend AOS.

Price Jenkins Overall great experience! I experienced very little gum pain after my wisdom tooth removal, and what pain I did have was completely alleviated by the prescribed painkillers. I was given a paper with a detailed description of what to do to promote faster healing for the three days after the surgery and how I should use the dental care products that they gave me. I obviously wasn’t conscious to experience the surgery itself, but in my books, that means the anesthesiologist did a good job! The staff was friendly, and the surgery was quick. I would recommend Alexandria Oral Surgery to anyone else needing their wisdom teeth extracted!

Krystal Melanie There is no better dentist office. Not only is Dr. Moylan and his staff wonderfully gentle, they are also VERY concerned about your comfort. The office makes you feel as though youre about to undergo a spa treatment...so much so that there is a complimentary menu for the patients in the exam room! Its an all around wonderful place...AND this is coming from someone who is terrified of the dentist! Dr. Moylan and his hygienist talk you through the entire process, and then make an action plan that will work best for you. I left with not just a sparkling smile, but a better understanding of whats going on in my mouth, and ways I can keep my teeth and gums healthy!!

I had major anxiety with dentist, I made my husband go first so I could go and see how nice Dr. Puckett was, and I immediately made an appointment after my husbands first appointment. Annie Russum I have used this dental office for 8 years. Very unprofessional. Most of the staff leave within 6 months. They use a 3rd party biller. I was told I owed $1200 when I called my insurance, I was told no claims had been filed. The office manager was rude and told me to find a new dentist.

Jennifer McGehee Never heard of a professional medical office charging half of the visit up front, BEFORE THEY WILL SCHEDULE YOU on an established, zero balance patient. IF, that desperate, close the doors! Do not try to entrap your patients financially. Just Wow. No need to try and even inquire, the front desk is as rude as it gets and Dr. Rogenmoser is above returning calls or attending to a situation. The quality left with Dr. Sylvester. Tae Williams Called to schedule an appointment for a new patient back in November 2023 and the earliest I can get an appointment was April 2024. No rush for me since being new to the area I just had a cleaning in October. Due to a recent knee injury I now have a conflict with another doctors appointment and called to reschedule my dentist appointment and was told they don’t reschedule new patients. Lucky for me I take care of my teeth and will be taking my business elsewhere. I have lived in 9 different states and have never heard of a new patient not being able to reschedule an appointment. So beware, unless you are desperate, this place would rather loose customers.

My 9 year old had to have two teeth pulled and they did a fantastic job with him. They walked him through the process of what they were going to do and answered any questions he had. He got in the car and said mom I really like them! They are so NICE and answered all my questions too! The staff and Dr Akeele are really great!

I also was able to meet Cayce Cloud DDS, MS. Very warm person! The experience immediately changed my mind as I had another orthodontics Clinic in mind upon entering!
