Dionne Lands First few times was nice but that third time. When I ask for my nail to be polished a different way they complained as if it was their nails. She said it did look good. But I like it and so didnt others cause it was me.

Andrea Harrison They are always friendly, does an awesome job on your pedicure and of course is very popular for the dip nails. This is my second time getting the dip and I love it, lasted a month.

sydney manuel I previously went to lucky nails and had a good experience. However, my most recent visit I had the chrome nails done. The lady who did them was rough pulling my hands and rushed the entire process not speaking a word to me. She had a visible attitude and would get me and my friends attention with a rude “hey” instead of “mam”. She left residue all around my nails that I had to scrub off myself that night. As I was trying to get some of the residue off the chrome layer on my thumb nail chipped, that SAME night I got them done, the top of that nail was also chipping. I went back the next day and told them and they “fixed it”. I had a different lady who didn’t reapply the chrome layer evenly, missing a big spot at the bottom, making me almost rather the chip that the two toned reds… I also asked this lady fixing my nail if she could remove the remaining red residue from the night before on my other hand. She proceeded to speak Chinese with the lady who id been with the night before. I got no apology for the initial bad service from anyone, if anything they seemed inconvenienced. Was pretty inconvenient for me to use my lunch break to go back to the nail place. Will not be going back again. $53 to waste my time going back and still not getting it fixed properly. Very rude service even though I remained nice and understanding the entire time.

Gabrielle Perkins Lisa is incredible. I initially wanted something simple because Im a bit of a plain Jane, but she suggested a design. My nails turned out beautiful. Lisa has gained a new friend and customer.

A N Went again today and am in love with my nails. They make relationships, very detailed and carry a spirit of excellence. Went here based off the recommendation of someone else and I was more that satisfied with my nails when I left. They took the time to do them, correctly, beautifully and flawlessly. I will most definitely be a return customer.

Hosanna McBride I rarely get my nails done but that might change after the service and outcome of my manicure. She took her time and did a beautiful job. I am not one to speak up if something is not to my liking and she made all the adjustments I would have suggested without me asking. Wonderful work and great people.

Lauren Fortenberry We showed up late on a Saturday evening and the owners worked us in when they really didn’t have to. They stayed later than normal to finish our nails. Honestly the best service I’ve ever had in a nail salon. They were super kind, and my nails look amazing! The salon was clean and smelled nice. Top notch!

Sara C Im honestly surprised at the perfect reviews. I came for dip. I picked out my colors from the samples they provided. As he was doing my dip, the color seemed brighter but I know sometimes it can look a little different as it is going on before it is filed and finished. No. What I chose was a light baby pink and what I got was neon. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was told "Sorry. Sometimes dip looks different than gel." The color change was very apparent but absolutely no correction was offered. Aside from that, the base by my cuticle is completely uneven. Probably the worst dip manicure I have had so if youre looking for dip, I would go elsewhere. I dont know if it will let me upload pictures but I will if it does. Added pictures and you can see the uneven line and the other thumb has a lump of clear gel. What a waste.

Brandy Jones THIS PLACE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I went in for a gel manicure bc my normal place was closed..I should’ve just waited but I wanted to try this place out since they were across the street from my work..BAD DECISION! I picked color 58 which was supposed to be a hot pink and I got this rose red color..they filed my nails so thin that the same day I got them done one of them broke..then they only put 2 coats on and I could still see my regular nail color through it! I went back 3 days later to see if they could fix my nail and put a cpl more coats on the make it thicker. First, they kept saying I must have put my hands in water to discolor my nails and kept acting like it was my fault that the color in their book was not the same color when they put it on my nails.They only put 1 more coat on and told me to be careful with my nails..REALLY? I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AND I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE GOING EITHER!!!

L D Mindy and her team are fabulous. They can do it all. I’m always impressed. They take their time to make your nails beautiful. They compare all nails to both hands and produce consistent, gorgeous work. You go in with a general vibe or an idea for your nails and they take it to the next level. 10/10 this is the spot for you.

Caroline Copeland Mindy did a great job on my nails!! They lasted soo long without chipping, 2 weeks! First pic is the day they were done, second is 2 weeks later. They had lots of great colors to choose from as well. Everyone was very nice and we had great conversations. Will be coming back

Hanna Chustz Horrible experience. This picture was taken a couple of days after I got my manicure. It looks like I got my nails in a week or two ago. The gentleman that was doing my nails did not get the paint all the way back to my cuticles. It’s obvious in the photos. I also got an infection in my thumb, and had to get put on anabiotics to get it taken care of. The lady who gave me a pedicure was rough. I told her that I had a cut on my foot, but she was so rough that she made it bleed. She and the gentleman who did my nails could not understand a word that I was saying. I told both of them that I wanted a brighter pink for my nails, but she brought back 3 lighter pinks. After trying to explain for a while, I just finally gave in and went with the original color. It was definitely NOT worth $70. I would never go back to this place.

Harlee Brianna I’ve been going to Minzy since I moved to Baton Rouge a year & a half ago. Every time, I’m obsessed with how my nails turn out!! I usually just show her an inspo pic and she executes it near perfect! Everyone is so nice when you walk in and extra helpful. I use the online booking which is super easy to navigate and you just sign in on the ipad when you walk in. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else tbh it’s just so consistently good here! My nails are all Gel X shown in the photos!

T S I was not feeling this place today. I had to ask for things that are usually standard with the services. I would’ve thought they would’ve been patient and thorough since I was literally the only customer in the building the whole time I was there. I was wrong.

S L Adams-Guess I stopped in while visiting Baton Rouge. It was my first time and I thought the service was pretty even. I only wanted a basic color change on my fingernails, but ultimately decided to try a natural dip color. Amberly was helpful in explaining the process and difference and benefits of dip and gel. I arrived shortly after 10 am on Saturday morning and was shocked how they were not terribly busy. I appreciated getting in and out with no wait, but nonetheless shocked that was the case on a Saturday morning.

Londyn Guillory The women were very nice, but they DID NOT follow the pricing on their website. For example : I got the detox pedi, which they said would be 55. In the description on the website it says you can get your nails buffed or painted. They charged me 15 extra for my nails to get painted! They also didnt do the best job on my acrylic set. I wont be back!

Arielle Williams I love this place and highly recommend it. I came here with my sister and mother and the experience was great. We received great customer service and they did an awesome job. I got dip powder(pink/red glitter color) and my mom got a gel manicure(glitter pink) and pedicure(red) and my sister got a gel manicure(blue-green color). We all love our nails and we were not there for long at all.

A Costley Was loyal customers to Hannah for many years , last Friday Hannah (the nail tech ) purposely skipped my mom not once but TWICE to service two Caucasian women who came in way after my mom did. It was very humiliating & disrespectful for Hannah to even pull that kind of stunt. Considering those two women weren’t even REGULAR customers they were only there because she was available for their needs. Me and my mom will NOT be returning to her nail salon. We do not tolerate RACISM and will let everybody know not to come there

Ashley Phill I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fancy Nails&Spa, and I cant recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed with her friendly demeanor. Not only is she incredibly fast at what she does, but the quality of her work is outstanding. My brows have never looked better and they last for up to two weeks, which is amazing!

Monique Chambers My Nail Technician did an amazing job on my feet today. I had not been to the nail shop in months, and my feet showed it. jazmynenikole got my nails & toes done here once, toes were cute but nails NEVED AGAIN !!!! i asked for a simple set not to mentioned i always show a picture of what i want.(instead of pink i wanted white & medium length ) i had short, long, medium, all kinds of nail lengths. only person who greeted me when i walked in the was the man. the women who did my nails was in a rush, & act like she didn’t want to do my nails. i would never want to get my nails done here again. $65 for some different lengths nails, let’s not forget i always say short square, was not sport square.

Nicole Aurand They are by far the best in BR and I’m an avid every 2 weeks customer. They greet me at the door by my first name and come to me immediately to ask me how I’m doing and they have more selections and are so talented with there nail art and colors and still less expensive than the competition.

E G They were nice I guess. I got asked what color I wanted. I was told I wanted gel because it was better. (And more expensive.) I never got spoken to. They didnt even talk to each other. Honestly it was odd. So, the first picture is what I asked for and the 2nd and 3rd pictures is what I got. Black is way to thick, the blue upsidedown V shape isnt centered and to thick as well. I wanted the ballerina shape didnt get that. And after 2 hours and $67 dollars later I just wanted to go home.

Terriyon Fairley Collins I’ve been going to Loyal Nail Salon on & off for the past 5 years. Linh never disappoints. She’s able to do just about any nail art, theme or style that you request. Not to mention, my nails usually last up to 4 weeks in between every full set or refill. The staff is nice and the salon is kept very clean & sanitized.

Leslie Polk ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! First the lady nips my toe she says sorry then puts some blue drops on it to stop the bleeding. Then when the man puts cuticle oil on he presses so hard I had to push his hand away and tell him “what wrong with you that hurts” he say “sorry” and then go to trim my cuticles he nips me twice and the second time I started bleeding he grabs something clear drops it the nipped area and kept going I said what was that glue he (Jason)said yes just a drop and it’s stops temporarily then he polish my nails and I’m done I walk to the car get in my car and my finger starts to drip blood I go back in raising my voice saying “Hello I’m still bleeding from when you cut my cuticle” a lady comes running from the back grabs a first aid kit cleans my finger up and says “there I’m sorry” I said “you won’t get a good review I promise you!” Then I left. .. I for once in years did this for me and this happens just before a big event went to that evening! I have pictures for proof as well!!!

alayjai g I haven’t had my toes done in maybe a year and was excited to finally be pampered after 9 months in my pregnancy. I initially went in for a regular pedicure which upon entering, I was told would be $15. Was offered gel for an extra $20. Awesome but I didn’t expect to pay much higher than what I was told initially. By the end, they were asking me for $60 in total. I’m not a rocket scientist but what I received was nowhere near worth $60 and in the end, I regret not asking more questions as to why they charged me so high and giving me a different price at the end of my service. I usually tip but I didn’t even have enough $$ on me to actually do so after the fact. Toes came out great but I won’t be returning as I feel I was scammed…

Tiana Smith I thought I found a new nail shop but I was sadly mistaken. The first time I came, the service was amazing by a nail tech that’s no longer there. My nails came out extremely cute and lasted me a good month. For a v-tip, coffin set with pedicure, it was $132 & I loved my nails. Once she left, the service just went down hill. Second time I came, I found out she left. I came for a refill and pedicure that came up to $132 for a refill but changed my set to solid colors with 2 designs that I didn’t care for. My third/fourth visit was my final straw. The nail tech ripped my nails off instead of soaking them so my natural nails are extremely thin. After a week, my nail broke. I got the same v-tip coffin with pedicure as my 1st visit and the total came up to $163 but the quality of my nails were cheaper. I came back in today to get it fixed & I’m highly disappointed. My nail doesn’t even look like the others. The quality of the service and pricing don’t match. If the nail tech was still there, I would say it’s worth it but since she’s gone, it’s not worth it.

Cecelia French Nails was a wonderful first time experience. I enjoy meeting celebrity nail technician “Moon”. She did a beautiful job in my nails. She informed me about “Specials & Happy Hour” at the nail shop. Moon helped me find the best color that fits me. Hannah did a good job on my pedicure. I enjoy the lime, grapefruit, and the massage she gave to my feet and legs. Hannah made my toes look so nice and beautiful. Mrs. Tina was very nice she checked on me and asked he I was doing. I really enjoyed visiting French Nails today and will be back again. I suggest you come stop by French Nails for the amazing experience!!

Diana C. I went to Image Nails for powder dip nails. I showed Ruby a picture of what I wanted, which was almond nails with some art design, and she was able to match it perfectly. Both Kathy and Ruby are friendly and have made the salon a comfortable place.

She texted me that day to let me know that I could come in earlier if I wanted, which really helped with my schedule. So glad they’re in the neighborhood!

Candace Shaidaee This nail salon is the best!! They are so sweet and attentive to the customers. The other customers are friendly and talkative as well….lovely atmosphere. Went in looking for a new salon, and found our new go-to place! I took my daughter and my niece, and we all got different nail services. The lady who did my pedicure was great (not too rough, not too gentle-just right) and the results were awesome. Manicure and gel polish service were just as excellent. The arm/hand massage is the best! The girls loved their toenail polish and nail colors… and the cute designs they did for them. My niece promptly smudged her big toes before we even left and they were so sweet to her and fixed it right away. Great customer service goes a long way!

I had been getting my nails done somewhere else before trying this place and I was extremely unhappy with how my nails would turn out and how they treated me when I wanted them fixed. So today I decided last minute to try this place. First of all I came in an hour before they closed and they were so nice and welcoming. They took me straight to a chair and started working on my nails immediately!! The lady that did my nails never once was rude to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. After being in the hospital for two weeks with pancreatitis and almost loosing my life all I wanted was to get my nails done right and for them to actually give me what I asked for and feel pretty and this place made that happen for me.! It’s not often anymore that you find companies that want to go over and beyond for their customers! I felt so comfortable and was treated remarkably! They have definitely gained a regular customer from me! I will not get my nails done anywhere else ever again! I’m so happy to have found this place! You guys are great!! Thank you so much

Manasa Anumula I just randomly walked in and asked if they did walk-ins, and they were very happy to have me as i went in when it wasnt a busy timing. I showed a picture of what i wanted and they tried their best to match it. Loved the outcome. Many people looked at my nails and said very nice and asked where i got them done. Will go back.

Robin Bates I went into Envy Nail Bar as a walk in and was greeted kindly. It was my first time there and I was impressed with the time spent massaging my legs and feet. It was one of the best pedicures I’ve had and the price was not unreasonable. I will be going back!
