Megan Barry I asked for dipped nails with acrylic tips and a design. They gave me a perfect and natural shape and not too thick- very natural looking compared to other places that have done the same. The woman who did my design was a perfectionist when it came to the design and made sure I liked all the colors she used. I’m picky when it comes to my nail care and they worked with me. Hailey Ratliff 1st visit I only went for a wax, after asking for obvious hair to be plucked/waxed twice I left and went home to remove it myself, I figured it’s fine I just won’t get waxed here again.
2nd time I called first thing in the morning I asked to make an appointment (for same day yes and on a busy day yes) but you tell me yes and see you then, I get there 30 mins early, and left an hour later, 30 mins past my appointment time, people still on chairs haven’t even been started on, couldn’t even let me know anything or soak off my old set so I wasn’t waisting my time. Don’t tell someone you can see them if you cannot, period, thank you for wasting my time, only not a one star bc I haven’t been able to see how well you do nails, but I won’t be now

Dani Before the second coat of color, I told the woman doing my nails that one of the gel colors I chose didnt look the way I expected it to. She rolled her eyes and told me to put my hands in the light. She didnt let me choose another color. She got the shape right but Im not thrilled with the customer service.
