Ebony W came in for an overlay with a French tip and chose a natural nude color to complement my dark skin tone. From the beginning, I explained that I’ve had issues with nail techs using an unnatural pink shade on my nails, even though it doesn’t match my complexion. Despite this, the technician still used the exact pink color I specifically said I didn’t want. It wasn’t even close to the shade I selected. While the technician was nice, and the staff was friendly, I felt overcharged. Each tech quoted me a different price for the same service, which felt unprofessional. For a simple French tip overlay (non-gel), I was charged $50 for a refill. Additionally, the overlay didn’t even reach my cuticle bed, so after less than a week, it already looks like I need a new set. This was my first visit, but unfortunately, it will be my last.

shamir finley I’ve been here a few times through out the years. My most recent visit today sucked so bad. I came in for a refill for my overlay. $30. Regular overlay they said was $40. Not only are these prices insane, but the service is very one sided. The white delegation is treated so nicely while (speaking for myself) me a black person was treated like I was rushed and not as friendly. The pedicure side is decent..you may get a nice person if you are black. This is just my experience, but I will never go back. My refill looks nothing like my original and she didn’t shape nor asked how I wanted it. I already assumed she would have done it right. The lady in the wheel chair did my refill. Definitely not customer oriented for all races. I hate feeling uncomfortable and my nails look TERRIBLE. The left picture is my refill. The right picture is my ORIGINAL(before I needed a refill). Shape is 100% different. Nails are bulky and so ugly.

Trenda Guillotte Ive never had a pedicure. I have issues with people seeing my feet. I had an event, that I had to wear open-toe shoes for. I want that first time and I swear that ladys hands were sent straight from heaven! It was the absolute best experience I have ever had in my life. I cant praise them enough for the wonderful job that they did. It wasnt uncomfortable, they didnt make me feel out of place or like they were disgusted by my feet lol. They have definitely gotten a new customer that will be with them for the long haul!

A L Hands down the best pedicure in Alexandria. They take their time, super professional, amazing prices, and the customer service is top tier. I got a mani and gel pedi and when I tell you the pedicure did not disappoint, I mean it! It was so relaxing that I fell asleep in the chair. This will always be the place that I go to when I come into town and the place that I recommend to everyone!

Brenda Dickens Motel asked me what color I wanted. I told him something natural. He went and got the nail samples, he asked me which one I wanted. I told him I don’t know, you pick the color and he picked this Sunset suede. I love the color and it looks like my own natural nails. He took his time through the whole gel refill process. I will most defintly ask for him the next time. As soon as I walked in they all said hello and asked what I needed. The staff was friendly polite and very professional. The salon was nice and clean. The price was very reasonable.

Casey Walker I tried Cocos Nails for the first time today and I can say I have found my new favorite place. They did a beyond outstanding job on my nails and my pedicure . It was the best pedicure I ever had . And my nails came out even better than the picture I showed. They took their time and didn’t rush through my pedicure or refill. They are very friendly and welcoming. Best service I have ever gotten!
