Janice Brown Ms. Ann is my nail care provider. I have never been disappointed in her services. She is fast but accurate.

Hazel Delapasse Mrs. Ann is so nice and professional. I’ve tried other nail salons and have not had good service. Mrs. Ann even gets those ingrown toenails fixed and she doesn’t hurt you. GREAT service and GREAT price for what you get. I would definitely recommend Gel Nails to anyone.

Samantha Williams I had recently been to a nail salon in Baton Rouge and had a bad experience. I work 12-hour shifts and have a hard time getting to the nail shops before they close. Before my shift ended I made a phone call and spoke to the lady at gel nails and she said for me to come when I got off work she would stick around for me. She redid my whole set of nails and from start to finish I was completely satisfied. She is a wonderful lady, very professional, and she makes sure her customers are well taken care of. I love this place and will go there from now on.

Rachael Hanner Ladies always do right by me here. I go every 2 weeks and never had any issues, everyone is always very nice too!

Nicole Adams Le is a perfectionist! My nails are always gorgeous for weeks after I leave here. I also love Nancy, shes my favorite for pedicures. Dont hesitate to check them out. They also have another location not far from this location "Le Nail Hi" I will add a picture of my nails and a few of the colors choices with this review.

Kayla Williams Walked in and specifically asked for cat eye color!! They said they could do it!! I had the paint removed from my real nails and after they filled them down to almost nothing and really thin,, they tried to put gel on my nails.. I said this isnt what I stated I needed.. They proceeded to tell me they didnt understand..Then when I told them I was leaving because they knew what I requested upon arrival,,they found some cateye color but not pink.. still charged me and I walked out with my real nails filled down and extremely thin and no color!!! Absolutely disgusted and would never return here nor recommend this place to ANYONE EVER..

Emma Ramos I came here at 7:48 on July 28, 2024 and the nail salon is closed. I cant rate the service but I can rate the time. This establishment is not open for business on Sunday mornings. Please change the time online. I drive trucks and I came because it was convenient to the truck stop. Lady truckers keep moving

Rochelle Rayburn Horrible!!!! Wrong nail sizes used. Polish application was sloppy. My nails look like I need a refill and I just walked out from getting them done! I was also cut twice. Had to come home and clean the polish off my fingers because they couldn’t even clean them up right. The woman in there has will quickly catch an attitude when you speak up about something not being done right. I will never walk back in here.

Nicole Williams Just started using this mail place first experience was nice. Second was horrible! A child polished my toes and the guy who did my nails did not do a great job. I immediately paid but let them know I was not satisfied. The lady said come back tomorrow when Kim is here. I took pics of my nails went back next day which was 6-13-22 and when I walked in kim helped me I let her look at my nails and toes and she agreed they were not their usual work and said I fix for u. Mind u there is another lady who walk in and said oh I was here a few days ago and my polish bubbled up. They fixed it and did not charge her. Yet when I thanked Kim and was leaving I was to your total is 30 dollars? For?!moral of the story I just wanted my nails fixed I had paid 50dollars on 6-12-22 for refill and toes polished. Lost what would have been a long time customer.

Rachel Smith When I walked in and said I wanted regular polish on my toes and Gel on my finger nails… the owner, Phillip tried his hardest to get me to do gel in my toes also. I said no… then when they started polishing them I verified that it was regular polish. They said no- it’s gel. I asked how much it was gonna be and they said $20 extra.I told him I didn’t have the extra money so I wanted regular. He said they already started so let her finish. I said ok but I’m not paying the extra. Phillip then got very rude and started talking to his other client about me… then when he got to me he did a sloppy job! Never again!

Andrea Martin I came here because another nail salon in Port Allen partially ripped one of my fingernails off. I was nervous about getting my nails fixed. Vivian was very careful and explained what she would do and why. She chose the best option for my nails. She discovered the gel had not been completely removed as well as damage to other nails. Thank you for taking the time and care in helping me! I love what you did.

Emma cockerham I absolutely love this place! Phillip always does amazing. This is the only place I’ve ever been to that has never hurt my cuticles or cut my fingers! The only place in west Baton Rouge that I trust to do my gel-x nails. Tonight he stayed an hour past close to finish mine and my best friends nails. I just can’t say enough good things about this place.

belinda sierra Weird customer service. The man working there was very rough with my hands. Then an older lady took over and I just felt like she rushed me. I asked her to fix a few things and it was almost like I was asking for a lot. When it came down to choose my color, It took me a moment to choose and I could tell the lady was annoyed. I did not feel comfortable. As for the nails they could have looked better. I didn’t say anything afterwards. Just paid and left.

Annie Gailes I’ve been coming here for a few years. Not anymore. Problems I had just today not speaking on previous incidents… Several visits I have had complaints. This visit I came for a repair for 2 nails. Can you tell which two fingers were done? Got a pedicure water was too cold at first then burned my foot with hot water Cut me several times while filing and just wiped it. Then I just noticed for the pedicure section African American sit on one side and Caucasians sit on the other Guy doing my feet took every bit of 4 minutes did the same thing for the opposite side 10 mins has gone by and still doing her feet. I’m going to bring it up at the end and sit if they will fix the issues or what. So unprofessional will be finding a new place to go either way it go. Will update Nothing happened. Last time coming

Mariah Otto My soon to be mother in law, my man & I went here for a pedicure. Within the first few hours after being there I had an infected toenail from their tools, my feet were still rough & my polish was off within 2 days after my pedicure. my man also got an ingrown and his feet were also rough, my mother in law also has an infected toenail and an ingrown as well. The worst pedicure we have ever gotten.
