Anita Dupre Gigi is THE BEST!!! She listened to me when I explained which parts of my body needed extra attention and she made sure those areas were addressed. For 90 minutes, she was personable, pleasant and attentive to my requests. I would recommend Gigi to anyone who hasn’t tried her soothing massages yet. You will become a real fan of her magic touch. Jordan Boudreaux Doesn’t understand clients unhappiness. Only cares about what they thinks about the nails after expressing problems and leaving unhappy. also, over charged my card for a tip I didn’t select, and then said she would fix it. Was not refunded and added an additional $3 tip to the one that was no refunded.

_ beyond Chairs arent sturdy, they need better chairs, i didnt get anything done, but Everytime I saw someone sit on the bench of chair, it would wiggle and move and they just arent sturdy, I think theyre very old. If youre plus size probably go somewhere else

Sierra Broussard I walked in for an eyebrow wax, asked how long the wait was, I was told 15 minutes, i said i would wait, I waited over 20 minutes, okay thats fine. Another lady walks in and they ask her "eyebrow wax? Go in the chair" so I politely said excuse me Ive been waiting over 20 minutes, they said oh Im sorry I didnt see you go ahead in the chair. Well she does my eyebrows and barely done anything so I ask can she go thinner, she does and asks how I am paying. I tell her cash. She says $10. I ask for change for a $20 and she brings me $7 and tells me its $13 now with tip. I said but you said $10 she says yes but now $13. I was going to tip her but its my own choice to do so not for her to force me to tip her. My mother paid for my eyebrows today this woman had no right to add her own tip to my total. Had she not been so greedy and given me my change Id asked for she wouldve had a bigger tip due to being the person i am.

kayla goodson At first glance you worry that this place might not be able to give you a good nail job because of it’s location but it is a hidden gem! These women are so talented! They have been able to recreate anything I bring them with ease! And they are very affordable. I’ve paid over 100 at King nails in Lafayette for terrible quality and a fungal nail infection but these lovely women always get it right! So so so so worth it!

Youll See Told her what I wanted with exact photos no less than 5 times and walked out of there with the sloppiest damn nails. The quality of work.... I wouldnt even be surprised if I find out shes not licensed. Even got the acrylic glued fo my actual skin. Its SO bad that I dont even want to go back to them to get it fixed. Every nail is a different shape and length. All bumpy and rough edges. Bubbles and streaks and little indents in the actual polish. Id give them zero stars if it was possible. And yes, it was all pointed out during the service. Just do yourself a favor and just make the drive to Lafayette for Color Nails Club on ambassador.

Kaitlyn Journet Owner was very rude. I get my nails done every 2 weeks with gel extensions and every time, no matter what salon I go to, they soak it off and place a new set. When I asked if they provide this service, they replied yes. So upon starting, another lady asked if I wanted a refill and I replied these are gel extensions and I don’t think it’s possible to just refill it. (Bc no one ever has before) She then told me it is, so I went with it bc maybe they just do it differently?? She shaped my existing nail and one she got to the finger that had completely broken, she grabbed glue and a regular tip used for acrylic. I stopped her at this point and said, “this is gel extensions, that’s what I want.” She replied saying it was gel extensions. But if you know what gel extensions actually are then you know glue and acrylic tips are not used. So I replied, “I’ve never had glue used for my gel extensions” She said, “I don’t care what other people do, this is what I do” At that point it was enough, so I paid her for the cut down and left. False advertisement and crazy attitude. This use to be one of my favorite places but to act like I don’t know what I’m talking about is crazy.

Jas Polidore I had a very pleasurable experience with my 8 year old. The lady paid so much attention to my little girl and the other who tended to me was very thorough & attentive. Very relaxing environment. Will be back.

The polish display was extremely visually appealing, with each color family grouped together and options for dip powder, gel, and regular polish. This made it easy to browse colors and treatments. The technician was thorough in her manicure process, taking time to properly repair and reshape my nails before refilling. She was meticulous in her work, ensuring a smooth finish. I could tell she took pride in her work. As the finishing touch, she applied cuticle oil to moisturize my cuticles. The whole experience was relaxing. While Im loyal to my regular nail salon, I appreciated that I could pop in at Twins without an appointment on short notice. The quality of the service matched what I expect from my usual place. I would definitely recommend Twins Nail Spa for a high-quality manicure experience.

Satoru Gojo If I could give zero stars I would the lady had a nasty attitude and had the elder lady do my nails and she messed them up completely when requested to cut my nails shorter she refused and now I have a broken nail I would not visit these racists

ren ng first time getting a pedicure here and it was great. affordable prices and good services so i will definitely come back! edit: after 2 years, i came back since i was in town and the the services were still good as the first time i visited. i got a medi and pedi and it didnt feel uncomfortable as other places ive been to. thank you.

Izetta Ledet Very bad service,, owner always watching her shows on her phone while doing customer nails. Nail polish always too thick and when you tell her about it she always have an explanation. Nails always uneven and inconsistent prices. Tried to use the service because no long wait but I wont be going back. Waste of money.

Geniece Chambers I got a fungus from their pedicure and she was trying to hide it from me but I was like wait what is that. I’ve never gone back. They do not clean and they do mot do good work. Don’t waste your time.

Sammie Phillips Their staff is amazing and they take their time. I needed a refill. And decided to go out of my normal routine. I normally do nude colors or burgundy. This time I did a pink with glitter silver on my ring finger, and Im in love! This is my go to spot. It doesnt matter if I have to wait, because I know they will do my nails the way I want them done!

Shannon OHara Normally I wouldnt put such a low review. I know my big toenails have dirt under them. Of all of the nail salons I have been to, all over the country, I have never had a tech wipe the dirt from the nail scraper on my leg, and keave it there. . It always goes on the towel. If my back issues didnt prevent me, I would give myself pedicures. Didnt exfoliate my heel well, nor trim the nails like I wanted and the polish on 2 of my toenails has already come off, in complete pieces, which is indicative of putting too thick of a coat on. The massage chair was the best part and it wasnt even functioning properly. I was searching for a regular place to go when Im in town. This isnt it.

Charlene daurbigny I love coming to Top Nails! They are Very Dedicated to their Clients and do their best to Please each one. Ive never had a problem with my nails breaking and if one breaks, Im treated with courtesy.

Kimberly M King Nothing short of amazing. Had the $65 pedicure, heated neck roll and heated eye mask; hot rocks along with milk and steam on legs. My husband liked better than anywhere else. Above and beyond!

Kendy Jane I have used this bail place many times. I have always asked him to do my nails not so thick but he always did them the same. Being so thick they did not look natural. The guy doing the pedicures does a wonderful job. They dont do any kind of nail designs.Also I like to keep up with the trending nail colors and they never had any of the new collections. Overall the owner is not very friendly. I will be trying oher places so watch for more reviews. One good thing about this place is they are very clean.

Kendra Tyler Amazing service. My boys get their haircuts in town and visit this salon for a refill. When I say the service was great and fast it is an understatement. Not to mention the convenience of scheduling an appointment in the future. Will definitely be back when in town. This salon put customer service first something I haven’t seen in a long time.
