JaysunLyric Weams I gotta facial done and it was a great experience and I felt a lot better after the service. Kai was the esthetician that helped clean and rejuvenated my skin. Overall a good balance of energy and good vibe. Would recommend to everyone who needs any service done.

Jane Went in for a manicure with gel polish before I left to travel out of state. 8 hours later, this is what my nails looked like (pic below). Unfortunately for me Im outta luck because Im clear across the country and now have to pay someone else to fix this mess.

David Davis Poor performance. I selected this place because of the high number of positive reviews. They must be getting a different service. I purchased a pedicure that was not impressive and felt he over sanded my foot nor offered an upgrade when I looking at the menu. Price was not stated until after the work was completed. Came for a manicure nails were already short. Just needed a trim and buffer. No other options were offered. Finished product was scratch up with the buffer wheel. And she nicked me were i needed a bandage. Maybe they do well on covering up their work with fake nails and polish. Thats 2 tries wont be coming back.

Olivia Gillis My favorite place! The staff is so kind and very fast. Got exactly what I wanted, and had an amazing experience. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Victoria Elizabeth Clinton I got my nails done there on Friday, by Wednesday morning two popped off like press ons i would do at home! By 1 all my acrylics were off in whole like press on nails. Was very disappointed. Tried calling up there with no response. My nails looked amazing the only issue is they lasted less than a week.

Mickayla Love looks like my review got deleted but whatever,, this place was awful. first i wanted to just get gel nails something simple and the lady that started doing it BUTCHERED the shape of my nails literally they were so uneven and messed up,, so then i was like actually let me get fake nails and they were so MAD the guy who owns it i think did them and he was TEARING my hands up and i wanted just a flat green color,, man came back with sparkly green i told him that it was sparkly and he looked me in the face and said “no it’ll dry matte” I DIDNT CAUSE IT WAS SPARKLY. man tore up like three of my fingers they were bleeding,, he got mad at me because i said it hurt. it was awful the only good thing was the message chair.

Jess Zamora-Weiss I honestly don’t know why this place is still in business given the terrible reviews which echo my recent experience. I should have read the reviews before going. Not only do my nails look like my husband did them but they were also ridiculously stingy with the lotion at the end. So I left the salon feeling rushed, dry, and disappointed. Save your money and your energy and go anywhere else.

Dr. Shantelle H Joseph Made an appt for manicure/pedicure. Got a half done pedicure, nail tech started working on someone else, never finished mine, no lotion no oil, no massage. After this decided I didnt need a manicure.... The guy has a very long thumb nail that is very sharp, he is rough and rude, the service sucked. Now I see why the shop was empty..... Will never patronize this place again.

GabrielleAvian I went for a set and received a gel set. The polished kept unpeeling on the first day, and the second day. Unpeeled from both thumbs and my ring finger. So I asked for them to polish it back because obviously its there fault they do a half job. And the man is definitely RUDE i see why they dont get any business. THEN i had to teach him how to do my nails with the shape and had to do my own DESIGN. never again, i was desperate for my nails to get done. but they wont be getting my money and lucky i dont take my money back.

Hannah Barber My technician was nice. Very nice, but I didn’t like what I received at all. Especially with the price I paid. It was messy and the paint job was really uneven. I paid 110 dollars and a tip to not be satisfied. On top of that, I got burned from the wax. I could’ve went to our little nail salon in my hometown for a better job at half the price. :(

Kelly Chennault Very unsatisfied with my deluxe pedicure. $65 for the service I received is ridiculous! As you can see from pictures attached, it was a horrible job. (Pictures were taken about 2 hours after I left salon) I had to come home and do my best to fix it as I was leaving to go to the beach the next morning.

Jessica Walker-Williams Excellent work and timing. Rather short or long the massaging is worth the wait and will greatly get your attention when you notice the tension your muscles in your body have. They are very welcoming, respectful, helpful and generous. Low or high prices is worth its value and as for me I look at it as moderate. Of course it’s over the years prices do change but like I said it is definitely worth the value here.

CC Brooks For a simple cut clean and buff on a pedicure. I was charge $45 for that. That’s no more than a $25 $30 service with a $10-$15 tip. Do not go there. There are other options in Natchitoches that do a better job.

kierra I have been going there to get my nails done since I came to Natchitoches and they have never failed me. They always last a long time and the prices are good. I’ve never gotten my toes done here.
