Best Nail Salon - Natchitoches (LA)

2 /5 Hannah Barber: My technician was nice. Very nice, but I didn’t like what I received at all. Especially with the price I paid. It was messy and the paint job was really uneven. I paid 110 dollars and a tip to not be satisfied. On top of that, I got burned from the wax. I could’ve went to our little nail salon in my hometown for a better job at half the price. :(

1 /5 Kelly Chennault: Very unsatisfied with my deluxe pedicure. $65 for the service I received is ridiculous! As you can see from pictures attached, it was a horrible job. (Pictures were taken about 2 hours after I left salon) I had to come home and do my best to fix it as I was leaving to go to the beach the next morning.

5 /5 Jessica Walker-Williams: Excellent work and timing. Rather short or long the massaging is worth the wait and will greatly get your attention when you notice the tension your muscles in your body have. They are very welcoming, respectful, helpful and generous. Low or high prices is worth its value and as for me I look at it as moderate. Of course it’s over the years prices do change but like I said it is definitely worth the value here.

1 /5 Destiny Tyler: I showed multiple pictures of what I was wanting and ended up crying on my birthday. As a mom with no village, I finally had the chance after three years to get my nails done. First, the tips were the incorrect size. When I pointed it out, I was told it would be fixed. It wasnt. Then my pointer finger nail is crooked- it was left that way. I had a SIMPLE design for my ring finger- simple white daisies. The woman had to rub paint off at least 20 times because she couldnt get it right but would not let me leave either after I said multiple times that it was fine, I was ready to go (Id been here for almost three hours at this point). After having to get up myself and practically stop her from steadily trying to make me stay, she got angry and literally slapped a top coat on my *supposed to be* design nails and had no cares. The clear coat didnt even cover my nail and now I have an uneven clear and pink texture with lumps all throughout. I called and asked if they could remove them and give a refund- I was told absolutely not. $60 was paid. If a customer is not happy and asked for the half-a$$ed work to be removed and for a refund- they should do so. My day was ruined. I will not be back and my birthday was wasted in a nail salon that didnt acknowledge my concerns and just kept moving forward. I just wanted a day to feel pretty- you lose that after having a child sometimes. WORST Nails Salon First pic is what I asked for- dont ask why I left with two crooked baby pink nails- I kept correcting and was ignored.

5 /5 Moraya Dodson: Very quick and efficient. I got the basic pedicure and received an incredible massage as well. I was impressed with how thorough my nail tech was with cleaning my toes. I am very satisfied!!
