We decided to take our own pics since driving all this way and they couldn’t fulfill our time. Needless to say this woman who works for JCPenney helped us take our random pics. I don’t know her name but thank you so much for sweetheart. We left with happy memories.

    Ashley Kasperski: I wanted to love my bridal flowers, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. While Lynn was quick to respond when we placed the order, communication quickly fell apart once it came to delivery. The timeline that was initially shared on the website said the project would be completed in 3-6 months, but it ended up taking over 8 months. My husband and I were in the middle of moving, and despite explaining the urgency of getting the flowers before we left, there was no respect for our situation, and we were left waiting. When we did try to reach out for updates, emails went unanswered, and we were left in the dark about when our flowers would be finished. Unfortunately, when they finally arrived, the quality didn’t meet expectations. There were pedals that had fallen off the lower half of the frame, which made the final product feel rushed and incomplete. It was clear that the flowers were not given the attention to detail that we had hoped for. Overall, I feel like Lynn might be struggling to keep up with demand, and as a result, the product quality just wasn’t there. I wish the experience had been better, but sadly, the flowers and the overall process were very underwhelming. ***Added what was shared about the timeframe you shared with me.     Brooklyn King: I honestly don’t even think they know where my wedding ring is. I’ve called twice and been told two different things. My fiance was even told something totally different! Saturday I was told my ring would be back on Monday. I called Monday and was told it won’t be in till Friday. I have been given the run arounds since dropping my ring off in December. Kay’s has completely lost my business I will be going somewhere else for my bands. I’m also losing my deposit on my engagement pictures because they have gave me different dates. Maybe I’ll have better luck going across the street to Zales at this point.
