I purchased a new home under construction and Military United did not conduct an interior inspection (this was their own requirement) which later resulted in my homeowners policy lapsing! My husbAnd and I were never informed our home was uninsured. We only found out 3 months after the cancellation when we attempted to make a policy change. I am sickened by the way this company treats veterans. I spoke with a manager by the name of Mindy and no apology or action was taken.

Amanda Robidoux: Horrible experience, the adjuster Jeff in Lincoln or Omaha Nebraska was horrible to deal with. My car brand new 2020 Kia Telluride got hit by a client that used Columbia insurance and the adjuster made me feel like I was the one who did something wrong, calling me a liar, making me jump through hoops to do things, nor did he ever even come look at the damage to my vehicle, then only wrote the check for $1000 when my damage was a round$1780. In the end there was more damage ending up to $3200 or $3400. He would not offer a rental car equivalent to what I drive currently and when we asked to get a equivalent car he said that his boss who would not talk to us or the agent who sold the insurance said he didn’t want to pay an extra $20 a day for a car equivalent. We had a 7 passenger suv and they only approved a 5 passenger car.... Worst experience ever!! For anyone who is needing insurance use a company people have heard of not this joke of an insurance company!! Jeff, you sir were horrible to deal with!!

Shardale Carmouche: Worst insurance company to go with for a car insurance. They started off with a decent amount but after 4 months of paying that amount it went up again $51 started paying that for a couple of months then it went up again and they couldnt explain why so I switched insurance companies worse insurance company to go with when you dont have an explanation of why they keep going up. Call the man to speak about why they going up I had to wait 2 weeks in order to get a hold of them and the only reason I got the hold of them cuz I had to go over there. The person that took the message was rude, they was rude when I got over there. Please people take it from somebody that has experience do not go with this company!!!! If I can go grading 1-10 wouldnt even be a one it would be a zero

With that in mind, Allstates premiums may not be the lowest, but their service has ALWAYS BEEN THE BEST! When Ive needed them, BOTH ALLSTATE and the LENOX AGENCY have always been there for me. Jeff and his staff has consistently given me TOP NOTCH service -- courteously, efficiently, and professionally. When Ive needed to file a claim (and I HAVE DONE SO SEVERAL TIMES) I have always been happy with the claim settlement. When my vehicle was not drivable, Allstate came to me, or arranged for my vehicle to be towed to them. The settlement was always fair, and FAST! The same goes for my house insurance. Claims there did involve depreciation (its a mobile home), but were sufficient to help me repair the damages to my satisfaction. No one is perfect, but Allstates service has been CONSISTENTLY GREAT!
