And that’s bc of Arthur! He is very knowledgeable about the stuff in his store. He always goes out of his way for his customers. That’s why Chads on Broad is the only pawn shop me or anyone else in my family will go to and it’s been like that for years! The owner of Chads won the lotto when he employed Arthur to manage one of his stores.

    Alex Newell: Our ring has had issue after issue with diamonds falling out and arms breaking on it, it has become clear it is of low quality. Weve spent more on repairs than I ever paid for the ring just to have the failures in the structure of the ring continue and Van Normans has refused replacement of the ring or refund. Money would have been better spent at a higher end jewelry store that makes better quality jewelry.

I was well prepared to pay more and wait longer for my repairs but I didnt have to. The price was extremely fair and they called me the next day to tell me everything was ready for pick up. To anyone who may be reading this and apprehensive about trusting their jewelry, trust me, you could not be in better hands. These ladies are phenomenal
