Not only do we have to send photos of the vehicle at the time of purchase, you have to drive the vehicle to their store to take even more photos. Also, they’ve generally been short with me on the phone and with my customers. Do not receommend.

When someone does answer the phone, they are often unable to answer questions and lack the knowledge to properly answer the questions asked. Ashley is the daughter of the owners of Hub City Ford, so its probable that being an insurance agent is merely a title and less of a full-time job.
