1 /5 Cody Groce: As a sales professional with a local dealership, assisting customers with their insurance using this company has to be the most convuluted process I’ve ever been through. Not only do we have to send photos of the vehicle at the time of purchase, you have to drive the vehicle to their store to take even more photos. Also, they’ve generally been short with me on the phone and with my customers. Do not receommend.

1 /5 Louise Washington: I was in a accident with one of theyre insurers on 12/15/2019. This lady backed up into my parked car , I spoke with a agent name Krystal , she told me they insurer was at fault. She sent me my estimate, I put my car in the shop , I had to get my own car out because they never sent the check. Still havent received my check and its been over a month. Agent isnt answering ,and not responding to any of my calls. They are very unprofessional . If you get into a accident with any of they insurer , be ready to go to court. Because she said she sent the check and I even gave her another address and still havent received it. So now Im filing a bad faith claim against them.
