I had ideas on what my fiancé wanted but had no idea how to execute the ring. Jason took several sessions with me and explained the entire process as well as explaining each jewel. I will buy any future jewelry from Edberg and cannot recommend them enough! He was easy to get in contact with and his secretary was a smiling face every time I walked in! Cindy Chapman: Just the worst. Bought a ring, needed an arthritic shank put in. Took 3 months to receive it and the shank broke and a diamond fell out the same day. Sent it back out for repair and its now been 2 months and they cannot give me an update because its an " email" only repair facility. My ring was purchased in March and I have now been paying on it for 6 months and no ring, no answers, no compensation and no promised callbacks. Avoid at all costs! You get plenty of excuses, but no solutions. I have dealt with the manager, assistant manager, and clerks. On top of all this, the $1200 quote for the shank was approved without even presenting it to me first, BUT I had to pay for it. I do not know to this day, who approved it at the store. Must go towards their sales quota.

Chris Cooley: I have used this business for many many years and have never had any problem until today, I brought my wedding ring in to have it repaired , (I lost a diamond )and I also had the exact diamond in another ring that could’ve been used, but instead of helping me she told me they were busy and I asked how long it would be and she wouldn’t give me an answer. I didn’t need it to be done today. All she did is put my ring back in the case and told me she couldn’t because they were busy. I could’ve left the ring. I’m just shocked, I felt embarrassed the way she talked to me, it was very unprofessional and rude.

I recently moved to Opelousas, got married and needed my engagement ring and wedding band saudered (sp?) together, a stone replaced on the end of the wedding band and resized. I also needed my original wedding band to have 2 stones replaced and cleaned, a CZ band replaced with 8 stones, and another Moissanite ring prong fixed and a diamond replaced. All of this cost me less than $300! They are fast, yet efficient, very friendly, professional, and my rings absolutely sparkle!! I couldn’t be happier with the final result of my wedding rings being resized and fixed. I also ended up buying a moonstone ring from them, which I am OBSESSED with! Trust me when I say, you will NOT be disappointed if you choose this jeweler for any and all of your jewelry needs!! I will continue to be a returning customer! Thank you all! :)
