That was supposed to be the end of that. Next thing I know, I have a warrant in Evangeline parish & its still there 18 years later. They refuse to give me a court date & the DA intervened with the judge when they were going to give me one. Corrupt people in that office! They want money from me for something they know didnt happen. Thats not justice, thats corruption & extortion

1 /5 Zachary J: Sargent , Richard, Mcmurray‘s committed perjury on the 14th of this month, and said that his body camera was a Rollin, and he turned the footage, and even though the video clearly shows his body, camera was on standby mode, and then he turned it off Trent brainiacs office exact words were we’re not going to prosecute him … and yes, they violate Brady a lot. It took him over a year and a half to turn in body camera footage they claim didn’t exist.

His excuse was I was supposed to take the HOC paper to the agency. So I hired him AGAIN under the impression it was my fault. So the second time.. We went through the motions and got another HOC recommendation. I took it straight to the agency. A year later we are in child support court and opposing council was able to throw out both HOC orders due to Micah not including the state fancy in the paperwork. So I paid him twice for him to take advantage of me. When I called his agency they wanted me to pay for another consult and all over again.

He came to her hospital room, listen then stated he need signatures of non family members for the will but then he had my sister, Donna Walker’s daughter, Megan Wilson and daughter in-law, Alisha Carroll sign the document that Aaron Carroll, her son was named executor of. Sound illegal, does to me too. Mr Kramer has never returned phone calls from my brother or myself nor has he completed the probate paperwork.
