L. M.: STOP! Take it from me, DONT buy your auto insurance from GoAuto Insurance. Accident claims are not handled with understanding and the customer service is piss poor! Its been greater than a week and I have yet to hear from an adjuster - this person does not answer calls, does not return calls, does not reply to emails, nothing. Unnecessarily wasting time, meanwhile Im out of a vehicle. The only thing I know is the adjuster name is J. Joseph. The worst! Nobody cares - claims dept. Customer Service is horrible, too, and thus surpasses my understanding. Do Not purchase your policy from GoAuto, save yourself the time and money.

It’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t. The lady I talked to on the phone yesterday had an attitude and when I asked to speak to someone else she hung up and said bye! Wasted my lunch break and I was not rider to her at all! I hope there is a social media page as well because I’m definitely going there too and leave a review. Address is still not updated.
