    Vanessa Smith: Flagged me several times for insurance lapse even though I reenstated each time save your money and go somewhere else because now I owe over 1,000 at the DMV. They give you ridiculous high prices I was paying almost $800 a month for three vehicles it was horrible and unaffordable for us. I switched to freeway insurance went in person by NE Evangeline thruway they took good care of me and my family now I am paying $245 a month for all three vehicles and one has full coverage. I will never go back to go auto nor recommend to anyone out there. Please what ever you do do not give your money to this company.

    Jahidul Alam: They send you an email/ postal mail and give you a code to buy insurance online. And they just show a very low rate when you give your information online. And then it gets up without any reason when you try to finalize the quote. It happend many times with me. Just waste of time runing after them.
