1 /5 kimberly stewart: Wish I could have given 1 star!!! The agent, Tanya Davis gave me a policy on a different vehicle than the one I actually own, also, issued the policy for the wrong date!!! This caused many problems and I will NEVER use this company again. They basically stole my money for nothing and its going to take 2 months to get my money back. I had to find insurance elsewhere. Thought I was saving money, only to have wasted numerous hours of my time, and twice the money to purchase simple car insurance. Absolutely ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Tyra Singleton: I tried to get a policy with this company because my mortgage provider had self selected them in the previous year. Called for two weeks and they kept saying they’d call me back and NEVER called me back. Really hope this wasn’t a race thing. Finally after the second week I tried a new agency and they kept their word by sending me a quote that same day instead of lying and delaying a simple quote. I say simple because my policy with this company had JUST lapsed so you would think it shouldn’t take long for a new quote or to renew. Anywho hope this wasn’t a race thing but at least my new provider is hands on and reliable. I was shopping for landlord insurance, hope that helps.
