Sent a check with my name spelt wrong after multiple voicemails to change it since they weren’t answering my calls. it’s been months since my vehicle has been wrecked and i still can’t get them to release my vehicle to me so i can get it fixed. my car isn’t even totaled and still no answer at all. incredibly frustrated with this company and suggest NO ONE, EVER work with them. was on hold for 2 hours.

    jarvis marshall: I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Progressive Insurance. They blatantly lied and falsely claimed that I signed up for their Snapshot program, which I never agreed to or authorized. Despite explaining this multiple times, both the customer service representative and the manager refused to listen or acknowledge my concerns. It’s clear that customer service isn’t valued at all — I felt dismissed, ignored, and outright brushed aside. Their entire approach feels like a complete disregard for their clients’ needs and honesty. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, forcing me to start the difficult and time-consuming process of finding a new insurance provider. The lack of accountability and transparency from Progressive has left me feeling frustrated and betrayed. It’s obvious that there’s some level of collusion or at least a systemic failure within their team, given how everyone seems to give the same dismissive attitude. I would strongly warn others to stay far away from Progressive Insurance, as they cannot be trusted and their customer service is utterly unhelpful. I am giving them zero stars for this experience — they have truly lost my trust and respect.

    Loletha Butler: I was just in this location today to pick up my ID renewal.. when I walk in the door to employees were on the phone they had a Stanley steemer steaming in there ..they didnt look like they was open. I spoke when I walk in the door they was supposed to speak first but no response.. so I stood there good for 5 minutes.. I was about to leave but they finally asked me do I need to make a payment instead of saying hello how are you... That location is the worst.. those ladies do not know anything about customer service but I will never go back in that location again... If I could talk to their superiors and let them know how they act I would... Just straight awful..
