1 /5 Darnaé Taylor: I placed an order on July 16th for an item that was considered “on hand item”. According to their policy, it should have taken 5-10 business days to deliver my purchase. However, as of August 2nd, I have not received my purchase. I sent an email on July 31st to inquire about the status of my order, and they assured me that it would be sent soon. I responded and asked if I could receive some compensation for the delay, considering that it had already exceeded the 5-10 day mark. Instead, I received a snobbish reply stating that the item needed to be restocked because it was a sale item and there had been “overwhelming” orders. However, I never received any communication about this. I believe that if I hadn’t reached out, nothing would have been done about my purchase. The business could have offered me a discount of 10-20% on my next purchase as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused. As of August 2nd, I still haven’t received my order, and I will definitely not be ordering from them again.
