Cindy Chapman Just the worst. Bought a ring, needed an arthritic shank put in. Took 3 months to receive it and the shank broke and a diamond fell out the same day. Sent it back out for repair and its now been 2 months and they cannot give me an update because its an " email" only repair facility. My ring was purchased in March and I have now been paying on it for 6 months and no ring, no answers, no compensation and no promised callbacks. Avoid at all costs! You get plenty of excuses, but no solutions. I have dealt with the manager, assistant manager, and clerks. On top of all this, the $1200 quote for the shank was approved without even presenting it to me first, BUT I had to pay for it. I do not know to this day, who approved it at the store. Must go towards their sales quota.
