I encountered THE best, most helpful and professional agent Ms. Lauri Fleming. she was very knowledgeable of her job, very kind in tone and had excellent phone etiquette as a customer service rep/insurance agent. Every so often, you run across customer service personnel who you can tell love what they do...AND IT SHOWS. B/c of her, my experience was expedited, I got the BEST deal (short and long term) for my money and made a wonderful acquaintance in the process. GooooooAuto!!!
