Out of the blue, their underwriters have decided our vehicle is something completely different from what it actually is and canceled us. I lost count of the hours spent on the phone trying to fix this with no result. We sent them everything we could think of to help, the registration, title, photos, even documentation from Chevrolet. Nope, no joy. Its in their system as something completely different and thats that. On the upside, this led us to discover Direct Auto insurance. Direct had no such issue and was quite a bit cheaper.
