1 /5 Loletha Butler: I was just in this location today to pick up my ID renewal.. when I walk in the door to employees were on the phone they had a Stanley steemer steaming in there ..they didnt look like they was open. I spoke when I walk in the door they was supposed to speak first but no response.. so I stood there good for 5 minutes.. I was about to leave but they finally asked me do I need to make a payment instead of saying hello how are you... That location is the worst.. those ladies do not know anything about customer service but I will never go back in that location again... If I could talk to their superiors and let them know how they act I would... Just straight awful..
