    Kimberly Chatman: If I could put zero stars I would. My car was involved in a car accident. They referred me to a collision center with horrible reviews and then told me if I didnt want to use them to choose another collision company. I chose a company and they were $4 more than liberty mutual pays apparently and they left me with the balance. No where in my insurance contract does it say I would be responsible for paying a balance. What am I paying insurance for if I still have to come out of pocket with more than my deductible?

She also stated that I was not allowed to have a supervisors contact info, This COMPANY IS A BAD FAITH INSURANCE COMPANY, IT WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP ITS OWN CUSTOMERS..
