    Lily Bridwell: horrible people with horrible customer service. i’m speaking through headphones, so whenever the woman on the phone asked, i’m assuming their secretary, asked what i needed i asked if she could hear me. she only continued to ask what i needed while i was innocently asking if she could hear me. she, still refusing to say yes or no, goes “what do you want”. so i told her she needs to work on her customer service skills and the reason she makes little money is because she does nothing to earn her business income and make more. i do apologize for being so rude but i feel it was very much warranted

Sat in this place for over an hr waiting to get my taxes done this afternoon so the guy doing it could act confused about his current customers refund and got annoyed with some girl on the phone, cussing and yelling at her, who apparently was supposed to be doing his job for him and told me "boss man Im shuttin it down you can just go ahead and leave" lol what a waste of time. This guy should NOT be handling peoples taxes. Im super glad this dude didnt handle my taxes today! Last visit to Jackson Hewitt!

    Sharon Jackson: BEWARE! I noticed a suspicious transaction on my account and I called to ask questions. I was told that I had made the transaction. That was a lie! I was told that they would investigate it and call me back. Needless to say, I never got the call back. I logged into my online banking only to find out that the error was corrected. The Teller “accidentally” gave someone five hundred dollars from my account. No apologies or anything. And let’s not get into their lazy mortgage loan officer. I’ve never in my life seen anything like it. A six month long back and forward game. They constantly ask for the same documents (more than three times). And blames Covid for their lack of work and being behind. (Excuses for laziness) I am unimpressed and looking to transition elsewhere. In my opinion, Richland was a better operating Bank.

    Trent Hanson: BUYER BEWARE!! This place is a absolute scam. My wife bought this necklace for me there 2 years ago, she paid over 700 for it,I recently moved to Texas and tried to get a loan at 3 different pawn shops, at all 3 stores they denied me a loan saying it is fake. I wore it every day since, this is the only one I have so no Im not mistaken, its supposed to be 10k hollow, I was told it was new jewelry because they sell some local jewelry stuff and they couldnt bargain on price, knowing its fake! Im scared now to have my wifes jewelry tested because I bought 90 percent of hers there. If you buy anything here, make them run all test in front of you just like if they were buying it.
