Mark Hull: Ive made 3 claims with them in 30 years. Once for a roof. They only paid 1/2. I for a leak in the roof they said "wear and tear" paid nothing. And another for tree damage to building. They said " act of God". Paid nothing... But by God, dont be late on your payment. Thinking very seriously about moving to some other company. This company didnt even make the top 10 insurance companies. Its a joke
