MM Please do not use this business. They are awful. I tried contacting them multiple times (over multiple months) to resolve an issue with my auto insurance, and they still haven’t returned my calls. I had to go through them per the actual insurer as they are the broker. As a result I ended up paying a fine to be done with the situation. In a previous incident a year prior, I was trying to get new renters insurance (as my old insurance company left the state) and again they would not return my calls. I only got a response after telling the receptionist my insurance coverage was going to lapse because of them.

Brian Banks I was very disappointed to learn that after I got auto insurance through this company I received a letter from progressive staying that they did not receive a garaging adress (the address listed on my license). When I asked api what happened I was told that they must not have received the copy of my license that they wetter supposed to have sent. Two days ago I receive a letter from progressive staying that my insurance was terminated because of the lack of a garaging adress. When asked, api did not claim responsibility, instead pushed me off on progressive and basically said I was on my own. Im very upset with a.p.i. If the DMV charges me for the lack of insurance, then Im calling my lawyer, and I will go to court.

I have been with this agency since the beginning when the doors first opened and Brittany with her amazing service and knowledge is the reason I have stayed. Yall sheer disregard for any levels of customer service, organization and I met the agency owner while trying to pay. I dont know a great insurance or bank, but I do know predators & predatory feelings. A UDAAP filing needs to take place here to identity if these elders are paying more than theyll ever receive. Kemper Life is how its titles but Ive known of Union National since I was a child and the insurance man would come by for payments. Paying online is impossible and paying by phone is an option but I cant imagine if there are fees or lack of concern for privacy when account numbers are given. I had tone thrown at me that I didnt care for which prompted me to bring up a return phone call that didnt happen on Tuesday (its Thursday). Come to find out, I was given unfilled words by the Son but the Dad was the person I was incorrectly addressing in the office. Dad called the son and the son actually owned he didnt call back. I apologized for my misspoken error. In summary, I do not recommend. Lets not abuse our own people or have a hint of impropriety of doing so.

Bennie Player This is the worst insurance companys in this area ever known to myself. and some of my friends. Over the past years, we ever depend on an agent to pick up payments. No one shows up and you dont know what to do.So you mail the payment in to the local office. Next thing you know, you get a call from another person telling you that they will be picking up your payments.. Doesnt last very long and back to the same situation. to make things even worst, they now put on the payment envelopes that is late if not received by the 15th of the month but can;t tell you for the present or the past month. I now mail in my payment but the payment books are not marked up to date for mine nor my wifes policy and there are missing payments in each book although I pay both premiums at the same time with one (1) check. The agency will not return my payment book. Asking of requesting this error for months does no good. I called and talked to Jeff whom I guess is The or one of the Office managers there, JEFF, (a POS), and told him that I needed the Districts Managers phone number so that I could report this situation to him as He had told me to if I had any more trouble with this office. Jeff got reall y loud and rude. When I told him that I didnt give a s--t, the racist crybaby said that he was going to call someone on me. Well ---- you Jeff make that call. People stay away from this local company. They have been mis-managed for years, Im thinking about taking another route, 17 years is enough of dealing with this.

Roy Andris Foster Please beware ***we were referred to this location 9478 Mansfield Rd. Allstate Insurance by a friend and now we see that it was one of the worst decisions we have ever made. We have storm damage done to our home this spring and summer. The inspector came out to inspect my home. The adjuster who reviewed my claim name is Hakeen. The inspector marked and founded damage to the roof. Hakeen (the adjuster) rejected approval of damage to the roof and payment amount to get the roof repaired. He was the hardest person to contact. He would leave a message, once you try calling him back, you can never get him. He would ask us to call at 9am, from there he would put his voice mail on saying" Im on the other line leave a message". He would return your call after hours and once you call him back his voice mail would say" if you have reached this message, after hours, your call would be return on the next business day, It took almost a week to speak to our adjustor concerning our roof and / or property damage. He never returns calls; he doesnt care anything for the customer. He is rude on the phone with a I dont care attitude. He personally is dry and unkind. I was very surprised that the type of person with an attitude like this works for Allstate. When you hear the name Hakeen, run. My wife and I will be leaving Allstate along with some other friends that we referred to Allstate. This location wont be there when you need them or have a disaster, Hakeen made it clear, hes not here to talk to the customers of Allstate or help them in no way. I see and understand now why their ratings are low in customers service 3.3.

Kelli I would never recommend Allstate to family & friends. I never knew making one claim in 14 years would be the only claim I’d be allowed to make. If someone would have told me that in the beginning I would have waited to make a claim until the roof was caved in & not just for damages from a storm. I am currently looking around for other options. Just because you “pay out” after one storm doesn’t necessarily protect your assets for life. More storms will occur in the span of owing your own home, that is something you have zero control over. It is ridiculous that Allstate has refused any assistance after the one claim I filed YEARS AGO. Zero ⭐️’s.
