K Armstead: Initially, I gave 4 stars for the low rates but since I renewed my policy, my car window was broken and my purse was stolen on 7/5/19. I reported the claim the same day and as of 7/14/19, the adjuster has yet to visit the dealership and look at my vehicle. When I called the adjuster on 7/8/19, she had a horrible attitude and informed me that no one instructed me to take my car to the dealership! I have to assume she drives around with busted windows but I do not! I have already contacted the main office, but if my vehicle is not approved for repairs in the next two days, I will consult an attorney! Go Auto is not a good insurance company when it comes to receiving the service you pay for!!!
