I went today to return the earrings and the same sales rep was there. She was very rude and aggressive. She kept saying that returns and refunds were not allowed. I showed her the email authorization allowing me to return the earrings
And she kept reading the email and saying that “I didn’t have to do a review, and she didn’t see where she lied” I told her exactly how she she lied to me in stating that the solution was 20 dollars but the earrings were free. She was visibly annoyed and upset that I was doing the return and confronting me with a few customers present regarding the review that her boss had told her about… this was just a horrible experience and I feel like I should be posting this same email to the internet so that Mia doesn’t con anyone else out of purchasing earrings when the solution it comes with the piercing service.
If you go here to get your ears pierced the solution comes with the piercing. Do not let Mia or Mya tell you that you have to purchase anything in addition to the piercing service that you are paying for. I specifically asked her did I have to buy the additional earrings and she told me that I had to, it’s my fault for not reviewing the online receipt but I was there getting my granddaughters ears pierced and that was more important at the time.. when I did review the receipt and realized that Mia had lied to me I immediately reached out to the company to address the issue and they authorized the return. I would probably suggest Clair’s so that you can return items with ease and hopefully a better overall store experience. Because of Mia I HAD to warn others with a review
