Sasha Asheghi: Sent my watch in to be repaired, I received it and the chronograph didnt work. The owner refused to acknowledge it was broken in their service. He started treating me like an idiot and began using a bunch of non-relevant analogies to describe the situation. I asked if he would have it repaired for free out of courtesy - he refused. As I was arguing with him several customers overheard and left the booth. At this point he began raising his voice and talking over me, then his employee joined in to double-header their yelling effort. The owner told me to "shut-up" when I tried to argue back and they didnt quiet down until I told them that they need to calm down and act professionally. In the end I got screwed, they wouldnt repair the chronograph without quoting me $50-$60. They wouldnt give me a refund for the original repair which was $20. 0/10 would not not return. Would consider actively canvassing against this business, thats how pissed I am.

Bayou State Pawn & Jewelry - Lafayette
Cheryl Lane: I have always had a great experience there. The personnel are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The service is exceptional!! Their jewelry department is amazing. They have everything you are looking for. If the jewelry you are looking for isn’t in the store, they can custom make. They have great prices!!
    Acadian Pawn Shop - Lafayette
Edward Lute: Went in today after having a rough time at another shop up the street. Was greeted and treated with respect and a will to help. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you guys again, definitely will be doing business again.
Renaissance Market & Brasserie - Lafayette
Phil S.: Such a unique find. One of my friends referred me here when I ask for a salad place near ULL. Of course they have way more than salad. Through a blind leap of faith I find myself now in love with this business. It was a late lunch so of course they were closing everything up. Yet the chef allowed one more order. Thank you guys for the hospitality and the amazing food.
Able Pawn & Jewelry - Lafayette
Kathy Norris: Stopped at Able Pawn to look at their jewelry, and was very pleasantly satisfied with the quality and selection. The nice young man who helped me was very pleasant and I am very excited about my purchases. I am about a thousand miles from this pawn shop but will definitely shop again when I am in the area!

Chanel Chastain: I had the best experience finding the perfect dress for my daughter’s wedding. They were amazing and knew exactly what would look good on me and I’m so thankful.
    Zales - Hammond
Leila Amina: Was helped by Grace today. Her knowledge of jewelry and stones is incredibly impressive. I absolutely recommend seeing her if youre looking for something meaningful from someone who really cares about her clients.
    Arnetts Jewelry - Tallulah
Jonsy Meadows: My spouse was racially profiled since the day he walked through the doors to get jewelry fixed by the short lady with glasses who works towards front by register. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone. To be stared down and constantly scrutinized while trying to patronize a local business is unacceptable. It’s 2022. Do better. By ALL people.
