We were referred to Art Schmitt at Pierre’s. Jewelers for 10 years told us it could not be sized without compromising the settings. Art sized it and did it beautifully! Finally this beautiful ring fits my wife perfectly! Setting was not compromised, the ring is beautiful and my wife hasn’t taken it off since! Art got it done in under 2 hours, great service at a very reasonable price. A++! Highly recommended if you need a jeweler who is an actual craftsman. We are very happy with Art’s work!

5 /5 Christine M. Hamilton: Art is the best! I brought my vintage engagement ring in to be resized and had it back within 24hrs. Beautifully fit and polished. Later that evening I noticed one of the stones had fallen out since leaving the shop. I texted Art after hours and he was so helpful. He suggested bringing it back in. When I did he was able to replace the stone and tighten all of the prongs so that none of the others would fall out. I had it back in 5 days. He is now my go-to jeweler.

I was worried about the stones getting damaged during the resizing process but he explained the process to me and was very patient with all my questions. The ring was ready after just a couple of days and it came out looking perfect. Not only that, but the price was so reasonable! I had called around to other shops and the price at Pierre’s was way less than what others had quoted me. Definitely recommend this shop.

Marsha Hope: I brought a favorite and sentimental bracelet in that the clasp was not working for me. I had almost lost it several times as my hands were not strong enough to secure the type clasp it had come with. I went to the Magazine store and Renee was assisting my. At first she mentioned she did not think a different type clasp would be able to be done as it would change the design. She saw my disappointment as I had hoped bringing it back to the original designer. Renee then offered to send to the main designed location. It was determined that they would in fact be able to put a more secure clasp for me!! Im so happy that I will be able to wear my favorite bracelet again without fear of loosing it. Thank you for your helpful service Renee.

Allison Tibbs: My mom and I stopped in front of this store as we needed to tie a shoe, we looked up and were like “Looks cool, let’s check it out.” Immediately we were blown away by all of the beautiful wood pieces and the smell of wood. We browsed around not really in the market for getting anything but within 2 minutes we were drawn to beautiful pieces that wanted to buy. One of the owners, Brian, started to share more about the pieces and his background and we ended up chatting with him about traveling and art! He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and a hoot! We ended up getting 4 wood pieces and the prices were fantastic - they were having a 20% off Summer Sale. We will definitely be back to add to our collection.

Tisha is always so warm and welcoming. Despite seeing hundreds of people between my visits (usually once or twice a year), she still remembers me and my partner when we walk in, and it feels really special. Ive gotten readings done here which are great too! The store itself is lovely, and their crystal selection is incredible. You can easily get lost for quite some time exploring all the unique gems! On my last visit, Kailyn helped me pick out some crystals and was super kind and knowledgeable. Honestly, everyone I interacted with that day (Tisha, Kailyn, Ricky, and Shelby) was so helpful and friendly. They even helped my friend find her dream jade bracelet! I can’t wait to come back. This shop is a must-visit for me every time I’m in town.
